Notice:

Type 1:    Notices issued and posted for offences such as parking and captured by automated devices.
Type 2: Notices issued directly to the offender.

Final amount referred to:

a) Appeal amount for Type 2 notices

Auto-appeal rate of 50% if traffic offender clear the notices within or on the compound date.
Auto-appeal rate of 30% if traffic offender clear the notices after compound date, and before court date.
No appeal after or on court date.

b) 30% auto-appeal rate applicable to all Type 1 notices.

c) Notices appeal not applicable as follows:

All notices issued during Ops Sikap.
All notices for traffic light offence.
All notices for accident cases.
All notices that have warrant of arrest.

kalu keta yg huda drive bukan huda punya, masa check kena masukkan nomor plet berserta nomor KP......

aku punya clear...... takde saman.......

awek aku punnya saman speed trap RM200 (asal RM300).....

Selalunya aku heran bila Polis atau JPJ bagi diskaun pada pesalah2 ni...senang cakap....mereka akan tunggu sehingga diskaun diumumkan ..so...penguatkuasaan undang2 ni nampak dicaca merba serta diperkotak katikkan....camner pemandu2 /pesalah2 nak takut....mentaliti mereka telah diasuh .." alah...kene saman tunggu diskaun.."....

Pemandu seakan2 dimomokkan dgn diskaun2 ni sampai mereka dah tak takut utk lakukan kesalahan jalanraya....

alhamdulillah xde saman ngan jpj..
tp minggu lepas ak kene saman ngan polis,saman parking..
tp ak nye resit tu ilang,then smalam ak g r balai, cek punye cek saman ak xde pn lam sistem,so cne ek?

ak tkt anti lame2 jd kes saman xbayar plak..
