barang elok kalau tak kena promosi, tak jalan jugak. barang yang kurang bermanfaaat (erm, sorry, tak tau nak guna ayat apa   ) kalau promosi gempak, jalan juga..

tengok saja kejayaan McDonald, KFC, CoCa Cola, Pepsi segala...

cara masing2..terpulang....masing2 produk berbeza..cara approach yg berbeza..CRM yg berbeza..non verbal comm juga main peranan on deal session...
