hey last day I've eat the one they call FU CHUK - deep fried bean curd roll with filled fish or else.....the taste wall really awesome...i wanna ask u the recipe..do Ur know ,,,can u share with me??sharing is caring madam..he he..tq for ur concern.

Soak fuchuk in water until soft (there are 2 types. Don't buy the ones for making barley dessert).
Then spread fish paste (make your own or buy those ready-made from the market) on the fuchuk, fold and cut pieces.
Then deep fry them in hot oil.
Done! |
