sbelum ni akaun aku kene suspend sbb x bayar outstnding...then bile aku bayar outstnding, suroh rekonnek, die pon rekonnek caj 20 hengget rekonnek fee...

pastu ekaun aku kene suspend lagi, sbb same x baya outstnding...ade la dlm 100 hengget cmtuh..

en den aku baya la sket2 outstnding tu...bkn aku kesah pon ade ke xdek asterok, salu outstation...tp aku bayar la jugek, dah name hutang...lagi 1 sbb credit recovery asterok asek call hehari... yg kompani name Kudrat tuh...

so bile aku baya2, patot tinggal lagi 14 hengget...tetibe sorang awek name hape tah (x tawu la cun ke tak ) dr Kudrat kol aku, ckp belen outstnding bil aku ade 26 hengget...

aku hangen la, psal plak jd 26 hengget, padehal sblm wat last payment, aku dah kompom brape outstnding ngan dia sumer...

pastu awek tu ckp, ooo mebi ade late penalti caj haram jadah hape tah, asterok yg caj, die ckp kalu ade ape2 hal kol asterok...:geram:

ptg ni aku balik umah, tgk2 smpi bil asterok...aku cek2...

perbualan antare aku (sang kachak) dan awek CS asteruk (si busuk yg ala2 jer melayan kol aku) lebih kurang seperti berikut:-

si busuk: ooo kiter ade rekod encik soh wat rekonnek akaun...ade x sape2 dr asterok kol encik sblm ne?

sang kachak: mmg la ade kl, soh baya outstnding...so saya bayar la outstnding...mane ade saye soh rekonnek akaun saya...

si busuk: tp kiter bley retrieve encik psl perbualan encik soh rekonnek akaun tu...

sang kachak: tu saya x tau, xnk tawu, yg saye tawu, mmg saye xdek soh rekonnek, dah mmg saye x pnah tgk pon lps akaun suspended tu..

si busuk: ooo encik ada wat bayaran sblm tu RM50 kan?...

si busuk: so bile ade wat payment, sistem kita AUTO REKONNEK AKAUN ENCIK...TU YG ADE FEE REKONNEK (RM20) & CAJ PEKEJ CENEL UTK SEHARI (RM6.80) SBLM KENE SUSPEND BALIK...

sang kachak: bodoh hape, kat mane kate mmg ade oto rekonnek?...

si busuk: mmg cmtu encik sistem kiter...

sang kachak: dah tu ape gune saya baya outstnding kalu pastu ade oto rekonnek, padehal saye mmg xnk tgk dah asterok?!!

si busuk: ooo, itu encik kene bg kami notis sbulan, pastu kami akan potong teros asterok kt umah encik...tp stil encik kene baya dulu outstnding tu...

bab system auto reconnet lepas setel outstanding neh mmg haku xtau laa bro....
tp mmg haku pnh dgr laa kes mcm ko neh....

mcm haku dulu...aku call CS asteruk tuh bgtau nk terminte akaun...takde masalah CS tuh ckp n akan effective terminate lps sebulan dr ko bg notis....n kena pulangkan kad asteruk tuh dlm masa 3 bulan, kalo x dia ckp akan kena penalti RM80 dlm last bill....so aku pos saja kad tuh ke asterukk..

so..ko bg jer lah notis nk terminate tuh...bab auto reconect tuh xtau nk komen...

aku nak pindah umah and dengarnye klu nak pindahkan asteruk nie kena cas rm100. betul ker ?

klu camtu baik aku tutup akaun... tinggalkan je piring kat atap umah tu . tinggi betul depa wat.. abang aku pun tak berani naik..

pastu bukak akaun baru lagi.. lbh murah dari pindahkan bende alah tu. ok tak ?

buka piring tu & pasang ke rumah lain...tp tak dpt siaran
aku kol asstro...
depa kata tak blh ubah tempat ...
pemasangan mesti di alamat masa pohon asstro..
kalau nak ubah tempat ..kena panggil org depa pasang
caj rm 100...masyukkkkkk

mase aku first pindah dok miri dulu (4 thn punye citer jugak la) , aku tak bawak aku nye piring n decoder astro tu dari kl.. just bawak astro card jer...sampai sane ader pulak org nak jual dua menda tu, so aku pun beli... pastu panggil sorang uncle ni tolong pasangkan kat umah sewa aku tu... uncle ni mmg keje pasang astro dish, tapi aku call die direct, tak go thru astro pun.... time tu address astro aku masih address kl... boleh je tengok astro tu... itu lagik la.. different dish, different decoder.. different area...

Dated this 10th December 2009 (WITHOUT PREJUDICE BASIS)


Dear Sirs,


The subject matter referred wherein I am the subscriber for, currently the suspended Account No: 0*******-7.

Stated in the said bill that there was an outstanding amount of RM45.00. Since I have paid another RM31.00 on 4th December 2009 vide Maybank2u.com (Reference number: 1354910481/Transaction Date: 4 Dec 2009, 01:05:32), I believe the current outstanding amount should be RM14.00.

To my surprise, there was also a new charges of RM26.80, allegedly for Reconnection Fee on 11/11 (RM20.00) and Package Fee from 11/11/09 to 12/1109 (RM6.80).

To clarify this matter, I called up your CS on 9th December 2009 at 6.56 pm. During the said teleconversation, one of your CSO then informed me that there was a request for reconnection of the suspended account on 11/11/09. I insisted that I had never requested for reconnection of the suspended account. Then she said that the reconnection was done automatically by your system when there was a payment made (referred to the sum of RM50.00 paid by me on 10th November 2009).

Therefore, kindly  let me have your written explanation on these issues:-

1.        Is it true that there is an automatic reconnection of suspended account when there was a payment made to the said account? Maybe I overlooked this on your bill/website/T&C for subscription.
2.        Why would you reconnect the suspended account (11/11/09) only to resuspend the same on the following day (12/11/09)? This based on the package fee charged for 1 day only.

Until and unless you give an explanation to my satisfaction on the above, I will take the sum of RM14.00 as the current outstanding amount of the said bill.

kat umah nina pon akaun adik yg dulu 98 ke bape pakej tu dh jd 100lbh
pastu kena potong bulan lps 16hb nov coz x byr bil bln 10
bln dec trs dpt surat peguam lantikan kata x bayar hga bil dec
ampeh je dec lom guna dh caj...

kalu nak potong terus kena byr bila tu dulu kan
kalu biar je sampai b ape lama ek kena bil wpon kita x guna?
akaun adik tu dh lbh 2 thun...
kalu kita wat xtau kena blacklist kan...
tp bil terus jln slps potong tu selama bape bulan nina nak tau... kotla setahun mcm tm
