admin password tu rasanya. try tanya member ko samada dia tau tak password tu? kalau dia tak tau kena carik tech yang setup  dulu la.!

accessing a pc locally and remotely (via a network) are not the same. assuming you're using windows xp pro, by default, network access for windows xp is set to "guest only". in order to access the pc with guest credential, you need to assign a password to guest username on your staff's pc (not safe).

another way is to change network access status for sharing and security from guest only to "classic". under classic, you can use any existing id local to your staff's pc for access.
