alooo semua....
nak tanya bleh tak kita guna company nyer email outlook bila kita dah tuka compny.... i dont know caranya... tapi pernah tgk member buat..... tapi tak tahu dia guna kaedah macam mana... i dulu selalu outstation masuk email office guna company sever. bila dah quit information dalam email tu bleh amik balik tak..... i tanya sorang member dia kata bleh create another email macam yahoo pastu...buat link camner ntah kalau org email dia nyer email office bleh terima kat email yahoo.... ader camtu.....

ari tu aku brenti keje, selang 2 hari, terus email account aku kene delete from email server. hahaha... nampak sgt takut rahsia company bocor

kalo u dah resign, HR company u akan inform yg create ur akaun email tu.. nanti dia akan delete ur email... jadi takley guna.. yg ur friend tu bley guna sebab tukang create akaun email tu TIDO... org da resign tak delete2 akaun

Biasa bila dah resign, company akan delete email address staff yg resign itu dari email server deme...masanya bergantunglah , ada sesetengah company...abis jer last day jer staff itu, esok email address staff itu sudah tiada dalam list email server..Kat opis anis lak, biasanya seminggu lah, lepas itu, email address tersebut akan didelete...

tak boleh. once you're not working for a company, your access to the email is disabled. they don't usually delete it right away as it may contain important clients/companies information.

what they do usually just disable/remove your access and assign it to another user (either your manager or person who's taking over your position or task). they will usually setup a notification so that clients will know that you're not with the company anymore when they email you, and they need to contact certain people or number. a forwarder will also be setup so that all incoming emails to your inbox will go to another inbox (if necessary).

if you wanted your previous office email be forwarded to your personal email, you need to talk to your previous company HR and obtain appropriate approval, and it's still depend on their discretion if they wanted to give you the access or not (as the email belongs to the company, not you, and may contain information that may affect their competitiveness - even if the inbox contains your personal email as you're not supposed to use it for personal communication).

as for your friend, most probably the company was not paying much attention to email access security or s/he knows and has it set up prior to leaving the company (which is illegal) without the company knowing it, or s/he may have had permission to do it (which is not unheard of).
