love.com.my ruin my valentine

I had made my order on 01/02/2008 for surprising my gf with unexpectedflower on romantic Valentine day. I had provided all the necessaryrecipient抯 details like company name, contact person, and address. On14/02/2008, I kept waiting for her call cause I know that she will verysurprise and happy when she receives that flower and definitely willcall me. I wait from morning till evening about 4:30pm, I still didn抰received any call. I started worry and call love.com.my customerservice contact number even I been informed that I can only be respondafter 14/02 on their website. As expected no one answer my call, Ican抰 do anything except waiting. She working hour is until 5:00pm andshe is planning to go back hometown for praying (that day is a big dayfor hokkien), so that I call her and inform her that I bought a flowerfor her and ask her to wait it until 6:30pm. Unfortunately until 6:30pmshe still didn抰 received the flower not even a call also. About9:30pm, she finally received a call from love.com.my! And they informher that due to overloaded order they fail to delivery those flowers to her company!!

I am so disappointed, I made my order earlier but they still given that stupid excuse overloaded order and also didn't inform me earlier for the delay!! What kind of service like that? They ruined my wish, my Valentine day.

15/02/08,customer service call me and ask me want to send the flower on thatday, I told them my gf is on leave and they suggest to send the floweron Monday. I felt very ridiculous cause they didn't show any 'sorry'and still want to earn your money. It sound to me that I bought aflower with valentine charges but delivery on other day (18/02/08) !!!So that I pop the question to them, they reply that they will do somedecorate and the flower will more beauty!! I so disappointed and thereis no point to send flower just after the valentine day so I refusedand ask for refund and compensation. But from there on, they kept putoff like no answer my inquiry or said the person in charges is oversea.

Ihere convey this is to warn other don't ever try any service onlove.com.my unless you want to take risk!! It shouldn't be namelove.com.my, it should be name love.breaker.com.my

blooming.com.my has the same problem. My bf ordered a flower for my bday ... they only managed to sent it at 10.15pm that night, that's also after my bf kept chasing them ....

the worse thing is that they deliver another colour of roses instead the one that has been ordered. and the one they delivered is RM20 cheaper coz of colour differences ... however they nv mention anything about refunding the money and so .... this is real bad service ... my bf and I will never trust in this blooming.com.my anymore :@  :@  :@

Try ImageFlorist or AiFlorist. There are alot of complaints about love.com.my and blooming.com.my. So Commercial!!!!
