assalammualaikum n salam...

ehmmmm...tak tau nak mulakan macammana.....k la camni....penah tak sesiapa yg mengalami kandungan air ketuban lebih ketika hamil??cantekk dah 33 wks.....last week ada checkup dgn doc...then doc kata air ketuban cantekk lebih sikit......antara komplikasi nye..1-doc takut ar ketuban pecah..urgently kene g hospital...takut tali pusat bb keluar bole menyebabkan anak lemas dan bole maut...2-mungkin bb mgalami masalah penghadaman makanan...3-bb mgalami masalah pembuangan air kecil....4-doc kata kalau dah tibe masa deliver tu doc kene berhati2 nak pecahkan air ketuban tu, kalau terlalu byk doc takut selepas bersalin si ibu mgalami pendarahan....perkara2 ni telah merunsingkan kepala otak cantekk.....any advise?camne nak kurangkan air ketuban tu eh??risau sgt dah ni...harap2 semuanye akan back to normal bile masa nak deliver nanti....harap2 kawan2 forum dapat mendoakan keselamatan bb dlm rahim cantekk ni,,,,doakan keselamatan, kesihatan dan harap2 bb cantekk sihat dan normal....amin.....

sepatutnya kan kepala bb yg keluar dulu lepas tu br tali pusat....uri kan akan keluar lepas bb keluar....tu yg mebimbangkan tu....jarang jugak cantekk dgr ibu yg hamil air ketuban lbih...tapi skrg ni cantekk tgh alaminye..tu yg kurang informasi tu..tak tau la nak reduce kan air tu camne.....susah hati d buatnye....doc pun tak tau punce air tu byk dari mana..kalau cantekk yg sakit takpe...jgn la anak dlm rahim cantekk ni yg sakit...sedih sgt...my first bb after pernah gugur dulu....pulak tu dah 33wks.....tinggal beberape wks je lagi nak tunggu bb ni keluar.......bende2 camni pulak yg timbul......dugaan yg tak di jangka.....

Polyhydramnios
Polyhydramnios is the opposite end of the scale, being defined as 2000 ml of fluid at term or greater. This occurs in fewer that 1 % of the pregnancies.

While some feel that polyhydramnios is a cause for preterm labor because of uterine distension, polyhydramnios in and of itself is not a predictor for preterm labor, rather the cause of the increase in fluid is predictive of whether the pregnancy will go to term.

Polyhydramnios is more likely to occur when:


There is a multiple gestation.
There is Maternal diabetes.
There is a congenital malformation.
There are varying degrees of polyhydramnios. The severity of polyhydramnios does not have an influence on the weight of your baby, as earlier studies had predicted.

Treatment is varying for polyhydramnios, including drug treatments, selective use of amniocentesis to reduce the fluid volume.

Left untreated there may be further risks at the birth, small in number, but they should be addressed. This would include a greater incidence of cord prolapse, fetal malpresentation, placental abruption, and postpartum hemorrhage.

Considering that the current testing is not beneficial in all aspects of prediction, we need to address how to find a manner that is non-invasive to treat these disorders of amniotic fluid. So the question becomes how often do we test, who do we test, and what do we do with the results? Right now, the answers are not clear and should be taken on a case by case basis.

They majority of women diagnosed with either of these problems, will not give birth to a baby with a problem, but the concern is there and does need to be appropriately addressed by her care provider.

camne doktor tue tau air ketuban lebih yer?by scan ke test?ree dah 31 wks tp dr tak mention ape2 pon...risau gak bile baca prob cantek nie

kalo cantek risau maybe leh mintak 2nd opinion dr doktor lain ker?

mula2 tu doc kata perut cantekk besar, macam dah 35wks tau....then die tekan2 perut die kata air ketuban byk ni..then urgently die suh g scan for details...ermm..sah air ketuban byk..tapi bb nye pertumbuhan elok...doc tak leh nak check bb secara details...sb dah 32wks mase tuh..so, skrg ni doc suh berhati2 je la...tak bole bersama, tak bole buat kerja berat2...so,doc hanya monitor wks by wks je la.....sepatutnya kene check up 2 wks sekali..tapi sbb cantekk kire ade kes..so seminggu sekali ...28 ni last scan tuk tgk keadaan air tu byk lagi atau tak...harap2 ada perkembangan positif lepas ni....harap2 semua nye ok...

awak jgn susah hati ye....selagi doc tak kata awak ade problem with ur pregnancy..selagi tu awak ok..cume saye rase kene berhati2 dlm pengambilan makanan..mungkin saye ade termakan bende2 yg saye tak tau yg bole menjadi punce air ketuban byk....anyway..saye doakan awak selamat dan jauh dari problem in pregnancy.....take care...undefined

ree check up swasta..tu yg mcm tak detail sgt jer..tp biler doktor kata ok semua alhamdulillah la kan...kita ni bukn tau ape2..ikut jer la kata doktor..my next check up masa 35wks nanti...

dr scan tu dr bole tgk air ketuban byk mana. besa air ketuban nrmal range dia dari 8-25cm kalo xsilap. kalo kurang dr 8 tu kurang kalo lebih dr 25 tu berlebihan la.

xde benda yg menetukan kadar air ketuban except baby tu sdr sal benda tu dikawal oleh kadar dia minum and kencing.

hai cantekk,

genz pun baru dapat tahu yang air ketuban lebih..2 pun tahu sebab detail scanning jumaat lepas..masa tu dan 27 minggu 5 hari kalau tengok estimation kat scanner tuh lah...everything ok for the baby tapi bab air ketuban lah pulak..sebab doktor 2 dah pakar, dia tengok sekali jer dah tahu air ketuban genz banyak...lepas tuh dia buat calculation..then dapat 20..tapi macam border lah..dia kata kena monitor untuk next check up..dia tak explain banyak sangat sebab dia dr untuk scan jer hari tuh..tapi dia kata ada punca pregnant mother diabetis..so kena kurangkan ambil makan manis..dan da kata next check up maybe genz kena minum air gula untuk test...

insya-Allah next check up buat benda tuh lah...mintak2 takder apa2..tapi masa dr cakap macam tuh dah rasa takut gak..tapi malas nak tension2..berdoa banyak2 dan cuba kurangkan makanan bergula..maklumlah ada sejarah ibu kecing manis...

ok, jgn risau sangat lah..kalau cantekk check up kat klinik kerajaan, dia akan buat test yang sama...nanti genz update apa2 selepas ini...
