How to deal with difficult people at work?

korang.. need ur advice la. tengah pening nie... basically i used to work with this team before i was offered to be with the US project team. my team dulu nie buat keje cam biase la.. more to daily operation. then bile i moved to the project team ni mmg kadang2 tu kene mintak tolong my ex-teammate dulu.. and for some reason, diorg bukan saja tak nak tolong, even called me lazy and distribute the emails to everyone in the team where my ex-boss was part of the list.

seriously dissapointed sgt2... sbb those are the people i called friends. bukan saja taknak tolong, even jadi disrespectful towards me... i taktau kenapa... maybe cos i am their friends and used to work with them.. n my email mintak tolong tu pun cakap i would like to partner up with you in ..... and ended the email with thanks for ur support. and the reply i got ' dont be lazy.. attend ur own work'...  so they expect me to do from A-Z...

ntahla.. ade sesape manager kat sini ke... or sesape yg bole bagi advice what needs to be done to improve this situation.. thanks in advance.

maybe buat e-mail formal sikit and cc to both teams' bosses......

actually they want ur job but instead u r d one who got it. so diorang sakit ati la..maybe u need to do formal request like having proper discussion/meeting,include d bosses also. believe me,even to d smallest details pun buat la small meeting. u don't know what other things they did behind ur back. i dh terkena.
