Bonus tak dapat sehari selepas hantar surat resign!!!! tensionnya!!!!

Since ini thread utk memberi atau meluahkan opinion dan complain, so I nak share la pasal ketidakpuasan hati I ataupun mmg diri I yg tersilap dan I nak mintakla mana-mana yg pakar atau pun yg pernah terkena mcm diri I nih..
cerita dia gini, kelmarin iaitu hari Rabu, I dah hantar la resignation letter to my boss for 1 month notice and my boss only submit to my HQ the next day which is THursday. Then nak dijadikan cerita, tup-tup bonus pulak dikhabarkan masuk pada hari Khamis itu sendiri dan Jumaat sbb dapat e-mail drpd HR. hari Khamis khas for those yg gaji dia dalam akaun CIMB, manakala hari Jumaat lak utk yg gaji dia akaun maybank. i guna akaun Maybank.
nak dijadikan cerita, tepat pukul 8 malam Jumaat my colleuge sms me saying that bonus dah masuk. I yg girang gembira ni pun cekla akaun I. tgk2 kat dalam tuh, Iskk..tak masuk lagi nih. so I tak puas hati la and I tanyala beberapa kawan2 I lagi yg guna akaun Maybank. Rata2 semua dah masuk dan dapat dah kecuali I. Until 12 tgh malam I cek pon still tak masuk2 gak...
so, dgn hati yg bengang ni I nk tanyalah those yg pernah terkena mcm I or yg expert dlm hal ehwal HR and payroll nih...
1 . betul ke sesiapa yg hantar resign letter sebelum date sebenar bonus masuk but then still dlm tempoh notis pemberhentian tuh kita x dapat bonus tuh?
in my case, i just lewat sehari je. takkan lah itu bole dijadikan alasan utk company utk terminate my bonus tuh? bukan ke dlm temph pemberhentian, kita still serve for the company? then kenapa kita tak dapat keistimewaan tuh?
2. so skrg, apa yg harus i buat? camna i nak defend diri i supaya i leh dapat bonus tuh gak from my company? apa alasan or fakta yg releven yg i boleh gunapakai?
those yg expert silalah bagi opinion and pandangan anda pls. I betul2 sakit hati sbb yerlah, dahla bonus nih delay since July and i pon delay my new job tuh till september then lps i dah rasa give up tiba2 dia bole bank in pulak bonus tuh just 1 day je lps i bagi resign letter. dahla i kerja dekat 4 tahun kat situh...

tender resignation b4 dptfull bonus, although mine is already declared by employer that I'll get 2 months bonus and then they paid me half before hari raya dan kat ...

1. yg dapat bonus lagik half tuh diorg hantar surat resign jugak ke camna? ke u sorg je yg dpt sbb u hantar surat resign tuh b4 dia keluarkan 1/2 bonus tuh?
2. kenapa u x report kat jabatan buruh?

I sorang jeee yg berenti so half lg supposed dpt end of the year (2006) tk dpt.....yg lain2 tu diorang dpt laaa sbb tk resign...kiranye sepatut staff dapat Nov06 & Dec06, I dpt Nov06 pastu dlm bulan Dec06 tender my resignation so in Dec06 tu org lain yg msih bekerja situ dpt laa balance bonus tu tp I nganga je laaaa...although my last day in Jan 07..
sbb tk report tu ntah waktu tu kalut skit nk pindah to new place and byk stuff lain nk settle so I just let it go jeee leee....tp mujur dpt yg first half in Nov06 tu.. tp klau u ade mase and rase nk hak u blk better call and mintak nasihat dgn jabtenaga kerja tu.. |

itu la, i tanyala juga beberapa kawan i. ada yg pernah experience sama dgn i. katanya, bonus semua tuh akan masuk sekali dengan gaji kita yg terakhir aftter company dah finalize kan benda2 penting sebelum kita keluar like ada hutang ke tak.
but then, itu semua bergantung kepada polisi kompeni. hopefully apa yg dia cakap tuh betul.
tapi apa2 hal pun i akan refer to my HR first la isnin nih mintak advise.
kalau i macam tak berapa puas hati then i akan tanya dgn jabatan buruh sendiri.
tapi hopefully la i dapat.... |

a'ah lain company lain policy....so check with ur HR Dept dulu...to confirm....tp my company dulu mmg suck....owner kerabat raja tp kedekut....kekkekkeee .....dia je laa nak pakai Mercedez...staff pakai kete buruk sbb gaji ciput keje berlambak...bonus klau lom dpt then tender resignation, selalunya confirm tk dpt dh bonus tu bye bye je laa..:kant: |

itulah, i rasa company lama u dgn i pon tak jauh beza.
kerja punyala berlambak and selalu ditakut2kan dengan memo and undang2 yg tak releven.
tapi bila masuk bab payment like bonus or increament, macam tak transparent sgt. so ramai staff yg dh tak tahan nak blah dah. like me, i mmg budget nak quit sebelum bulan 10 sbb i nak kena migrate ke tempat baru utk kerja baru i..
but beza sehari lepas nta surat resign tuh i rasa mcm x logik sgt. ..
tak sabar i nak jumpa hr minta penjelasan
and lepas ni i nak pegi carik buku labour law tuh, nak rujuk.. |

i dont think u will get ur bonus, this is totally at the descretion of the company.
no case to bring to labor dept. |

itulah, i dah rasa like 99% tak dapat. unless kalau boss i buat rayuan and recommendation letter bagi pihak i then bole la kot dapat.. tapi, cuba aje lah... |

sama gak ngan aku....padahal on paper cakap you will received 20% from annual salary based bonus.....so bila dah resigned jer...derang tak bayar....
baya tau
RM12,000 !!!!!
nak cari hal ngan deang, busuk nama plak nanti....company int besoo.

Normally, bonus hak co. utk bagi atau tidak
Tapi co. yg bertimbangrasa, even u dah tender
resignation pun dia bagi lagi
Tapi... best practise ialah, tender resign. lepas dapat bonus |

cubala check dgn jabatan buruh apa hak ko sbg pekerja..
kalau kat tempat aku...kalau aku punya service cukup satu tahun last year mmg aku entitle utk dpt bonus even if aku dah resign...
checkla no harm pun...kan ko dah resign ... |
