saje nak up kan balik topik ni because i think im about to face the same problem here...

the only difference is i tak sign apa2 agreement lagi.

tadi i baru dapat offer utk kerja as permanent worker through phone call and i cakap i terima.
so diorang suruh i buat medical checkup and submit the report to them then only they will issue the offer letter to me.

the problem is, at the same time im waiting for the kpli result which is on 11 june and kalau i dapat, dgn besar hati i akan go for kpli. tapi tu la kan, belum tentu lagi nak dapat kpli ni. company ni plak nak cepatkan proses utk hire i.

so nak tanya la pendapat forumners sekalian, if dlm offer letter tu state kena start kerja on 1st July, but tetiba i dapat kpli, boleh ke i reject balik offer diorang tu? ada apa2 effect x dari segi law? atau boleh ke i terus terang jer ngan company baru, yg i tgh tunggu result kpli ni and i minta tangguh offer ni (kalau cara ni, mesti bg bad impression kat i plak kan )

tlg ek....esok dah nak wat medical checkup ni.

kena tengok le pada notice berhenti kerja berapa lama. let say u terima offer co tu & report duty on 1st, kendian katakan 11th tu u dapat offer KPLI, bagi je lah notis benti keje. awat pulak nak reject since u dah joint company.

notis benti keje untuk probation staff mungkin boleh jadi 24 jam, 1 minggu, 2 minggu atau 1 bulan. atau mungkin 2 bulan untuk senior. nnt bila dapat offer letter, baca & fahamkan betul2 sebelum sign tu.

tq shida..

pasal nak berhenti keja tempat sekarang ni takde masalah. boleh jer bagi resign letter skarang.

yg masalahnya, nk terima offer baru. dlm offer letter akan tulis start keja dari 1st july, kpli plak kena p daftar pd 22june (kalau dapat la ).
kiranya sy takkan sempat utk keje kat co baru. sbb tu nak tanya bole ke reject balik offer diorang atau nak kena wat surat resign gak kat company baru tu walhal tak penah pun start keje kat situ..

hari isnin ni akan dapat offer letter dan nk tgk betul2 sblm sign....

oooo tempat baru 1 july kpli 22 june. ingatkan kpli selepas 1 july. jangan sign surat lagi. selagi tak sign, tak laku le. tak perlu buat surat pun. kalua dapat kpli tu, just call to reject je lah.
