kalo korang perasan, Deep Purple nye company lepas 25 tahun, lepas 30 tahun gitu,
dorang akan keluarkan special releases album2 lama...
yang paling gerek pada aku masih Machinehead 25years pasal ada dua cd, satu cd remaster, satu cd lagik is remixed. Yang remixed ni kan, kalo korang dengar, best giler...Aku ingat Highway Star dah best kan dari dulu2 kan? bila dengar remixed version, best giler woo!:tq:


So ni dia gambo2 untuk Stormbringer lepas 33 tahun dorang ngah proses balik master tapes dia. Mintak2 ada remixed. kalo setakat remaster je, ok ok je la.
Soldier of fortune ada tiga vokal version lain2 dorang jumpa dalam master tapes ni :pmuka:

Memang jangkaan aku , tiap tahun band Metal seantero dunia keluarkan materials masing/masing dengan jayenye.
Tahun nie 2006 , begitu byk stuff dari band/band baru nk up dan band dah otai lebeh 20 tahun pun keluarkan album yang best/best belako. Cayalah! :bgrin:

Bard R1 pertaruh Heavy Metal




Berasal dari Kuala Lipis, Bard R1 pernah menyertai pertandingan bersama Datuk Siti Nurhaliza

SEKALIPUN albumnya belum berada di pasaran tetapi kemunculan beberapa lagu dendangan penyanyi rock solo baru, Bard R1 menerusi corong radio membuatkan peminat teruja menantikan kelahiran album beliau yang akan mula dipasarkan 29 November ini.

Sejak tiga minggu lalu, lagu nyanyian Bard sudah rancak dimainkan, malah sudah ada permintaan daripada pendengar. Peliknya, bagaikan misteri pula, album Bard R1 seperti 憇engaja

Aku tak gi la.....pasal aku backpack gi terengganu time tu..

apa aku tahu, dia kan main kat open field , pagi sampai petang hujan je, jadi malam kira lembab la,
dah tu sound dia teruk sekali, kawan aku cakap sound dia lagi teruk dari konsert Malmsteen sebelum ni, jadi aku tak bleh imegin, dulu aku gi nengok Malmsteen memang buruk betul sound dia...

The song was written and produced by guitarist Tony Iommi and singer Ronnie James Dio and was recorded with bassist Geezer Butler and drummer Vinny Appice in November 2006 in the U.K. The cut was engineered and mixed by Mike Exeter, who worked on Iommi's "Fused" and "The 1996 DEP Sessions".

"The Devil Cried" is the first single off the group's forthcoming "best-of" collection, "Black Sabbath: The Dio Years". The first comprehensive introduction to the band's legacy features a dozen classic studio recordings, plus one live track

Queen star finishes PhD thesis after 30 years

LONDON (AFP) - After more than 30 years which he spent as a member of one of the world's most successful bands, Queen guitarist Brian May has finally finished his PhD thesis which he began as a student in the 1970s, The Times reported on Thursday.

May, 59, earned a degree in physics at Imperial College London but after years of studying interplanetary dust, he abandoned work towards his doctorate when Queen took off.
His interest in the subject was reignited when he co-authored "Bang! The Complete History of the Universe", which tells the story of the universe from the big bang through its subsequent evolution, and was released last year.
"For the last nine months, I've done nothing except slave over my PhD, which is now written up, thank God," May reportedly told students at a ceremony at Exeter University in southwest Britain when he received an honorary doctorate.
"But there are times when you really want to give up. There are times when you go, 'Why on earth did I take this on?'"
May worked on the PhD between 1971 and 1974, and kept all his hand-written notes on the subject through the years, finally discovering them in his loft recently.
People are aware he is here and there is a feeling it is pretty cool that he has come back to finish his PhD, even if he has not been hugely visible," Abigail Smith, a spokeswoman for Imperial College, was quoted as saying by The Times.
The rocker will receive his PhD next May, assuming his thesis is approved by supervisors.

Mungkeng soalang aku ni kurang sesuai untok ditanya kat sini tapi manalah tahu kekot sapa kat sini tahu mana aku bleh dapatkang album lelama kumpulan Iklim yang original... Takmo album kompilasi... Aku paleng benci album kompilasi...
