Job Description

- Ensure the Quality system management is always followed.
- Handling customer complaint; i.e analysis and providing report.
- Coordinator for FMEA.
- Responsible for Control Plan documentation
- Coordinator for UL Testing.
- Coordinator for Internal/External Audit.
- Performing product audit.
- Chairman for weekly Quality meeting.
- Coordinator for Environmental Product Quality Management (EPQM) topic. i.e Material datasheet, AIS.
- Coordinator for Outgoing Quality Inspection.
- Assist Officer for Document Control Centre.
- Perform others related duties and responsible as assigned by superior from time to time
