susahnye nak sleeping early and wakeup early. my daily routine 1 hour travel to back home from work. then pickup my kids, sampai rumah terus shoot ke dapur prepare for their dinner. after maghrib i pergi workout. after that i terkebil kebil nak tidur sebab badan dah segar after workout class. pastu bangun pagi esok liat. mmg susah nk wakeup early |

Dari kecik mak abah ajar tdo awal bangun pon awal...pernah sesekali pegi mana2 takde mak abah macam best pikir esok pagi bole bangun lambat...tapi bila u dah biasa bangun awal...bila sampai masa u dah boleh sambung tido pon...mesti mata terkebil2...baring buat2 tido pon akhirnya rasa sakit badan penat baring tapi tetap x boleh tido... |

i have insomnia.. hari2 to be honest aku just tido 4,5 jam je dah hmpir berapa tahun..
weekend klau boleh tido mmg bantai tido sehari tu pun klau boleh klau tak boleh tido aku akan pergi bersukan supaya penat dgn harapan boleh tido nnt balik.
dulu aku ada tabiat minum supaya boleh tido tp lama2 tak boleh layan dah sbb nnt kerja mmg hazab nak melayan sober so aku stop so skrng apa yg aku boleh buat time org lain tido ialah melayan forum membaca apa yg boleh smpai tertido sbb aku dah malas nak bukak buku untuk membaca.. |

Akak tdo tak lah awal sangat..tapi mmg set dah alarm kul 5.30pagi.. itu pun sebelum tdo dah make sure semua pakaian kerja anak..suami dan diri sendiri dah siap di iron...Balik kerja I often take a nap...perlu sangat untuk kembalikan semula tenaga yg dihabiskan seharian di tempat kerja. Sekarang dah x sanggup bersekang mata semata2 nak tgk tv..skrg byk rancngan yg recorded..jd biarlah dah x thrill mana pun asalkan dapat tgk dah kira ok.
Anak2 yg sekolah mmg akak halang dr stay up too late...buat homework siap2...dan kena pantau jugak sekali sekala...
Antara punca utama kerosakan pada organ tubuh badan adalah tido yang tidak sistematik. Sistem metabolisma kita juga akan terganggu kerana pada masa inilah mesin dalam tubuh kita akan berkerja.
Kesimpulannya...kalo kita bijak menjaga masa tido kita...InshaAllah tubuh badan kita akan lebih sihat dan bertenaga.. |

Im not morning person.. and yes, kerja aku selalu memaksa aku siap lewat malam.. and its to hard and tired.. kdg2 aku tido kul 3 am. Sebab nak rush submit design. Kdg2 kul 3am still kat opis mandi opis dan lepas tu direct p meeting. Kalau ada peluang cuti aku akan tidur smpi tengah hari... and now aku ada sikit kelapangan, lepas solat subuh tido balik dan bangun kul 10. By 10 akan review semua doc yg team submit online then communiciate dgn depa smpi petang. Tp handphone standby mnjang. Kul 4-5 jogging atU workout apa2 je lah yg nak dbuat pd hari tu. Then dinner. Lepas dinner smbung balik belek kerja till midnite lepas tu tidur n ulang semula rutin.. |

time study dulu tdo tunggang terbalik. org tdo kita jaga, org jaga kita tdo. balas dendam tdo lama masa cuti semester je lah. hahah
skrg dah keje pun x boleh nak tdo awal mcm pukul 9 or 10 mlm, mana nak layan tipun n latest info kt CARI lagi.. haha xdapek lah nak tdo awal. boleh pilih rasenye nak tdo pukul brapa tp hati and perasaan ni x membenarkan... hahah

actually waking up early really helps.it just feels like you have magically got some extra hours to work.but at the same time, while your working on something in the evening and that somehow doesn't finish in time, and you keep working till night, it's an inner feeling that let's complete this right now even if it gets late to sleep.
so, that feeling just to complete the work before sleeping forces us to stay up late and eventually wake up late the next day.the negative impact of this is you feel like almost half of the next day has already passed.it feels like time is wasted, when in reality, you' have already completed the work and have slept for lesser hours than normal.it's a mixed emotion for your question from my side.
most days, i use my mornings to get into work early sometimes an hour and a half before most of my department is in.that's not a way to get noticed or appear holier than thou (don't be that person, seriously).but with a quiet office, i can get a lot more done and have a super productive morning.it's also an excuse to leave work a little bit earlier.
i wake up every day between 5 am to 6 am.it's great.obviously, if you wanted to get up at 5 or 6, you could be in bed by 9 or 10.aim for a minimum of 8 hours of sleep, and you will probably get around 7.5 hours.rely less on caffeine.i currently have one cup of coffee per day, usually after working out.i set my alarm far enough from the bed that i can't hit snooze.
i'm happy with my habits and routines.

wow.. very nice topic.. i got motivation and determination to wake up earlier from today onwards!
i am not really morning person.. now with 1 year baby inhouse.. make it worst as i woke up gew times at night for her milk.. so i think i got not enough sleep everday.. but i did went for sleep before 10 as i have to make sure my kids go bed earlier for school..
i did woke up earlier last few months as we moved out to outskirt place so it take some extra time to get used to the new timing of getting out from home to their school.. nanny place.. work place.. now since we get used to it already, we tend to wake up last minute. as a result.. have to face jammed road.. come office late.. go home late.. jammed road again.. dont have time to cook.. lesser time with kids at night.. u know.
so. by hook or by crook. i will make up much more earlier after this.. thanks for the motivation |
