WIND RIVER is a chilling thriller that follows a rookie FBI agent (Elizabeth Olsen) who teams up with a local game tracker with deep community ties and a haunted past (Jeremy Renner) to investigate the murder of a local girl on a remote Native American Reservation in the hopes of solving her mysterious death. Written and directed by Taylor Sheridan, WIND RIVER also stars Gil Birmingham, Jon Bernthal, Julia Jones, Kelsey Asbille, and James Jordan.
It premiered at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival.
It is scheduled to be released on August 4, 2017, by The Weinstein Company.

Originally this film was announced with Chris Pine and Elizabeth Olsen in the lead roles. Pine eventually dropped out and was replaced by Jeremy Renner.
Elizabeth Olsen, Jeremy Renner, and Jon Bernthal are all part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Olsen as Scarlet Witch, Renner as Hawkeye, and Bernthal as The Punisher in Netflix's Daredevil.

Actually kan pada pendapat ai, sih Jeremy Renner nih kalau berlakon tak bebrapa 'wow'. Esp since 'Bourne Legacy' seems like he is not ready to attract viewers by his own aura portrayal.
So far ai tengok most movies dia mesti nak kena berganding dgn another notable co-star.

honestly i mmg trauma kalau tgk movie kisah jenayah rogol & seangkatan so bile sampai masa terus skip..10 minit
bile i tgk citer ni teringat CSI & movie lakonan Amy Adams "Nocturnal Animals"..i x habis tgk pun..cause of the crime and murder..

so i bg 6/10 for this movie. it was quite good but could have been better..

Crita nih walau agak slow pace, but good storyline & nice chilling cinematography. Good acting by Jeremy & Ms Olsen, also all the cast. Suka scene bila sih Elizabeth kena attack, one of the best gunfight. Anyway direktor dia memang not bad, in producing thriller kind of movies. The storyline is abit disturbing therefore crita cam gini memang kurang dapat sambutan di pawagam. Ai dont rate, cause my opinion not everyone will like it.
watak Eli ni rookie FBI...sbb tu dari awal..nampak die kurang keyakinan..& situation jadi lagi teruk bile die x dpt nak call for other FBI back up..team utk tlg die siasat....kes ni...

1- yg Eli & pakcik tu kena pepper spray...aduh...
2- part yg Eli kena tembak depan pintu..masa they all serbu suspeck tu punye trailer...
