    iyalah.. bank2 ketatkan syarat pinjaman perumahan ni ada sebab2 tertentu jugak. tapi tak patutlah developer tu push2 orang suruh sign SnP sebelum loan lulus.

ai dulu, developer ckp je, kalau nak loan dgn bank2 lain selain dari yg dorang selalu guna, kena p tanya sendiri. last2 ai tanya sendiri sampai tahap ai yg pergi jumpa bank officer 3-4x pastu offer letter tu ai yg hantar ke pejabat lawyer. kalau developer tu yg buat, maybe lambat laa sikit.

pastu masa nak sign kat pej daerah pun, ai sendiri panjat tangga pej. daerah, pergi ambik signature PIC situ... padahal itu kerja lawyer.

sbb apa ai buat sampai gitu, sbb nak cepat settle urusan beli rumah.. ai sgt2 rush nak bawak mak ai duduk situ..mak ai uzur, so ai nak kasi mak duduk kat master bedroom, dekat dgn bilik air.

anyway, apapun kalau kita nak sign, mesti kita faham & bersedia dulu, baru sign... jgn senang2 je sign apa2 yg kita tak berapa clear. naya sendiri nanti... huhuuu..

tq mulan mmg esok sy nak p sales office tu mtk tangguh seminggu lg ke. ciri2 loan lepas tu dah ada cuma sy kena tunggu 2 bank je lagi utk buat comparison. then sy pun tanya gak ngan sorg kakak lawyer ni, ok je nak sign dgn syarat konfiden leh dpt loan, kalau still 50-50 better jangan.

pasal bank tu, sy pun merayap gak g bank2 tp kebanyakan tolak kalu bukan panel, ckp lambat la bagai, so sy concentrate kat panel je, xmo buang masa since masa pun suntuk.


doa2kan la loan sy lepas, ni je la peluang nak dpt rumah baru ngan harga mcm ni kat tempat sy

dulu geram kat banker sbb dah submit dokumen tp mintak lg loan pun jd lambat..pastu submit dokumen lg sekali 4 hari je loan dah lulus..

pastu geram kat owner sbb putar belit...mule2 ckp downpayment bayar pas kuar kwsp..masa nak sign s &p dia x nak sign sbb nak duit downpayment plak..tepaksa la lawyer tu amend balik SPA tu...bile dah sediakan cek downpayment dan dah sign SPA tu..owner plak buat taik lg..dia x dtg2 sign..smlm baru dia sign hari ni baru g stamping..

skrg nak tggu MB consent plak yg x tau berapa bulan lg nak tggu...

klu kat selangor consent mcm tue cuma amik masa dalam tempoh paling lama 2 minggu aje, klu lambat mike patut kejar loyer mike sbb nnt lg lama lagi lambatlah mike leh pindah umah baru mike tue
