Job Responsibilities:
• Proactively source, identify and approach potentialcandidates.
• Reviewing applicants, interviewing, assessing candidatesand listing for interview to the client’s requirements.
• Work directly with new & existing clients tounderstand their recruitment needs and expectations. Follow-up and maintaingood relationship with clients & candidates.
• Oversee all media job advertisement, online job posting,internal website, newspaper & other medium.
• Perform other administration duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- SPM, Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Human ResourceManagement/Business Studies or other field with 1 year experience in HumanResources/Customer Service or other relevant.
- Excellent communication skills in English and BahasaMalaysia, both written and spoken.Structured, analytical, well-organized and able to workwithin tight deadlines.
- Able to work in a team to achieve individual and overallteam objectives.
- Able to work with minimum supervision, willing to learn,develop and progress in recruitment.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur. Open to MALAYSIAN CITIZEN only.
