Responsibilities:


  • Provide customer service support and general enquiries .

  • Handle inbound calls.

  • To assist customer needs and wants regarding company's product.

  • Provide solutions for customer's complaint.



Requirements:


  • Minimum SPM qualifications with or without experience.
  • Excellence communications in English.
  • Fast learner and able to adapt in-house systems.
  • Good personality and typing skills.
  • Excellent in time management and able to multi task.
