Customer Service Representative (Banking Industry) – Immediate Hiring!

Job Descriptions:
- Handle incoming calls using standard processes to respond to enquiry / complaints raised by customers.
- Apply proper phone etiquette to manage various customer situations and achieve first call resolutions where necessary.
- Perform after call work (administration work) in accordance to the set procedures with zero defect.
Requirements:
- SPM, Diploma or Degree holder in any related field with a minimum of 1 year working experience in Customer Service field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Have positive working attitude and enjoy assisting and interacting with customers.
- MUST be able to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Full professional job training will be provided for successful candidates.
- Fresh Graduates Degree with less than 6 months working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Open to MALAYSIAN citizen only.
