General Clerk
Job Description :
1.0 - Assisting project architect in all clerical work.
2.0 - Responsible in typing letters, minutes of meeting, Contract Documentation, Architect's instruction, project certificate, progress report and all general clerk scope of work.
3.0 - Responsible for the upkeep of overall office filing system, photocopying, transmitting and delivering facsimiles and updating appointment calendars
4.0 - handling the entire phone calls .
Requirements:
1.0 - Candidates must possess at least SPM.
2.0 - Required Skill: MS Excel, MS Office
3.0 - At least 1-2 years working experience in related field. Candidates whom have worked in Architect Firm are encouraged to apply.
4.0 - Must willing to work in Section 19 Petaling Jaya. [bus rapid :T790 from mid valley/lrt universiti or free bus : PJ02 from lrt taman jaya]
5.0 - Have good attitude / willing to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
