Job Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day operation of the kitchen to include: ordering, monitoring, food production, inventory, catering and budgeting
- Creates, maintains and updates menu specifications, recipes and for sandwiches, salads and other menu
- Menu engineering and coordination of all food activities, menu design & food promotions.
- Responsible for quality control and upkeep of hygiene standards
- Assist with the selection and training of other kitchen staff
- Inspects, supervises and participates in the cleaning of kitchens
- Performs other duties as required.
Working Location:
USJ Taipan, Subang Jaya.
Working Hour:
6days per week / 8 hours per day (willing to work in shift)
