I was just wondering what are the stance on Muslims here regarding this issue regarding the use of the word "Allah" by Christians - in their prayers and in their text.
Personally, I think Christians are wrong to pray to Allah as such words does not exist (except in Arabic language text) in the Old Testament. That is why Muhammad changed all the names of the Prophets like Moses to Musa, Jesus to Isa and Soloman to Sulaiman.
RC using allah because they have hidden agenda.....rc is corrupt element of corrupt practise when idols in chruch...
One example after using allah name for hymn ( Kristian mengalunkan puji-pujian kepada 'Allah') than they will start to pray to Mary and offering candles and flowers....Nobody does that even the time of Paul...until rc came in and polluted all this...

Basically, both Muslims and Chistians knows that by using the name "Allah", you can pull Muslims to become Christians (and vice versa). But Muslims have the reason to worry now more than ever, simply because Islam's name is in the trash due to actions of some fanatics like the talibans. So, to the so-called weak-minded Muslims, the notions of leaving Islam (worship according to Muhammad's ways) and change to Christianity (worship according to Jesus's ways) could be acceptable if they believe that they did not change their god.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying only fanatics are out to convert and kill non-Muslims. The so-called moderated Muslims are doing that as well through lies, deceptions, bribery and sex. Only difference I see between fanatic and moderate Muslims is that moderate muslims do not blow themselves up in the process.
However, in my personal opinion, there are two reasons why Christians could continue to use the word "Allah" :
1. To convert Muslims to Christianity (as mentioned above).
2. To bring in more Indonesian Christians and Sabahans/Sarawakians who are working in Malaysia, thus increasing the Church's funds in the process.
After all, it is simply doesn't make sense. IF Christians want to do B.M based Bible, it is simpler to write "Tuhan" which is also in B.M instead of using the word "Allah" which is Arabic word.

So, once muslims accept christianity...it goes back idols worshipper. such as:
praying to idols
praying to mary
eating unclean meats
pagan festivals such christimas , easter and etc
feel sorry for muslims wish to accept so call rc faith...
it better muslims remaind as muslims than idols worshipper...of course those rc pastors good with their words to says is ok with pray to marry or celebrate christmas...

KUALA LUMPUR: MIC today urged the Batu Caves temple committee and Malaysian Hindu Sangam (MHS) to maintain professionalism in settling their differences over the Thaipusam ritual of carrying kavadi.
Speaking at a press conference here, MIC information chief L Sivasubramaniam expressed dismay over the quarrel that has gone on between the two authorities since Jan 4, when MHS announced its guidelines for devotees to follow during the annual celebration this Friday.
Batu Caves temple president R Nadarajah has criticised MHS for its initiative, saying: “Who is Hindu Sangam to come up with its own rules?”
He has also attacked former MHS president A Vaithilingam by describing him as “an old man” who could “barely walk.”
