(1) FASHION OUTLETS/KPOP MERCHANDISE & DVD STORE/COSMETIC STORE(TONY MOLY)

1a) Retail Manager

Responsibilities:

Achieve sales target and maximise profitability of your store.
Ensure a high level of customer service in your store and follow up on the results.
Maximise sales opportunities by having a commercial focus.
Ensure that the visual merchandising is meeting standards.
Ensure in housekeeping is well managed, maintain overall discipline within outlet for optimal overall cleanliness, stock tracking of slow moving item, transfer of stock within outlet and reduce stock loss.
Ensure that all safety, security, operation and administration routines are followed.
Plan and work towards specific goals with management team.
Reduce staff turnover by improving staff orientation, communication, motivation, and training.
Oversight of all aspect of human resource management which include staff performance, staff evaluation, progression, mediation of staff dispute.
Recruit, train, develop, plan, organise the team as needed.

1b)Retail Assistant

Responsibilities:

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Fashionable, trendy and stylish person.
The ability to lead and motivate a teamAttend sales & customer enquirers Merchandise display and replenishment of stocks. Discipline with sales drivenAny other duties & tasks that may assigned from time to time

Requirements:

At least diploma in Fashion Marketing/ Marketing/ any relevant fields.
Possess good command of both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Highly motivated team player with great initiative, interpersonal skills.
Must be fascinated by fashion and keep up with the latest trends.
Pleasant personality, friendly & approachable.
Min. 1-2 years working experience in retail Must be computer literate.
Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holiday

1c) Retail Sales/Promoter

Responsibilities:

Responsible of day-to-day activities of shop for promoting products and assisting retail customers with their inquiries, plus any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Attending to customers’ needs & providing excellent customer service.
Stock Replenishment, housekeeping, etc.Achieve sales targetCashier functions Assist in general operational functions in the outletsRunning promotions.

Requirements:

Pleasant and outgoing personality.
No need experience, full training provided.
SPM / Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Required language(s): English, Malay, Chinese.
Applicants must be willing to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
Good customer service skills.
Full time and part time basis.

1d) Make Up Artist/Beauty Consultant (Tony Moly)

Responsibilities:

To advice solutions to customers pertaining to skincare and beauty issues.
Highly enthusiastic about skincare and beauty.
Actively promote marketing activities, skincare products and beauty treatments set out by management.
To maintain contact and build good and lasting relationship with customers.
Promoting and selling beauty products.
To provide professional treatment and beauty consultation.
To provide Excellent and Follow Up Services towards customers.

Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
•       Manage the food and beverage operations of the restaurant to ensure the achievement of established food and beverage quality and guest service quality standards and departmental revenue and profit goals.
•       Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures
•       Supervises the functioning of all Food and Beverage employees, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved
•       Coordinates and supervises the preparation, presentation and service of food products to ensure the highest quality at all time.
•       Coordinates with the Finance Manager to determine the minimum and maximum Food and Beverage par stocks. Approves all purchases and other Food and Beverage items in accordance with good quality and quantity standards
•       Implements a daily, weekly and monthly checklist for all Food and Beverage departments. Ensures proper follow-up to attain maximum quality and efficiency
•       Works with Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs

Responsibility:
•       Ensuring high customer service levels at all time.
•       Stock handling, inventory counting and managing Cost of Goods.
•       Assist F & B Manager to supervise service and kitchen team to hit sales target, achieve labour and food cost target.
•       Assist F & B Manager to ensuring efficient operations according to Standard Operating Procedures.
•       Ensure observance of outlet and employees' hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
•       Work closely with the chef/assistant chef in determining which menu items are most sellable and convey guest feedback on quality of food, its temperature and appearance.
•       From time to time, he/she may be assigned by the F & B Manager to take on special projects or to perform additional duties to those outlined above.
Requirements:
•       Candidate must possess at least a Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
•       Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
•       Required language(s): English, Malay, Chinese
•       At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the F & B industry.
•       Strong focus on excellent service & food quality
•       Excellent customer service skills.
•       Able to work on shift, long hours and to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
