please check either your Bluetooth driver corrupted and then try reinstall the driver ok.

Sebelum nie dapat guna bluetooth tak?? Kalau semenjak beli dah tak dapat guna maybe bluetooth hardware mmg tak ada. Kalau baru terjadi check driver dia la dulu ataupun maybe bluetooth tu rosak.

sblm ni ok je. senang je bluetooth dr laptop ke hp. sejak 2 menjak ni problem. bluetooth hp pun unable to connect bila nak o.

Kalau macam tu try update driver bluetooth. Download dari website brand laptop. Bukan apa kalau download kat website lain takut ade virus. Better guna official website.

Head over to Updates & Security > Troubleshoot. Select Bluetooth, and go to the option that says Run the Troubleshooter. Follow further on-screen instructions and let the process finish. Restart your computer.

Turn Bluetooth on and off: Select Start, then select Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices. Turn off Bluetooth, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. Remove the Bluetooth device, then add it again: Select Start, then select Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices
