HAPPY NEW YEAR 2013 LADIES...and Gentlemen yang tertenggek kat sini..also Mod yang dihormati..Moga tahun ni good year for us...


I dapat offer gi trial gym sebulan..
since i dah obese tahap gaban..
I nak cuba lah..kalau okays i nak join...


Anyways anybody sini yang gi gym...
gym mana yang terbaik...
siapa ada pengalaman share share lah please...






ni masih valid ker ni?


so i akan pi kejap nanti i akan updates how was it...
first time so nerves...

Syabas sebab mulakan tahun baru dgn azam nak jalani hidup sihat! Mizz mmg gymmer regular, member FF sejak 6 tahn ++ dah... Harap2 ni bukan semangat hangat2 taik ayam yerr.....

Kalau rasa mcm nak guve up, don't. Benda baik mcm bersenam ni mmg payah nak maintain, lg2 kalau kita dapat rasa sakitnya. But trust me it is good for u..

Satu tips dr Mizz, kalau join gym, mula2 try la semua kemudahan yg disediakan kat gym tu so tht you can find out whc workout u prefer. Ada org suka masuk cardio class (mcm Mizz la).. Ada org suka buat kat machine sesorg, ada org suka yoga, ada org mesti nak engage trainer.

But find joy in any of these, n insyaallah u will retain ur interest in working out. Don't worry abt takde kawan nak work out... Kat sana blh jumpa byk org w d same objectives n motivation..

Tu je Mizz nak share...

darlings thanks so much for the tips......i wish i bole cam you.....kejap lagi i nak masok, i nervous coz first time. I minta my hubby engage me dengan consultant kwn dia coz i tak mau di pressure to engage PT,  i obese i just jalan kat tredmill dulu...and coz i dah tua, i nak angkat besi skit kat umah...my hubby pon member kat gym nih....body dia memang cun....tinggi dan maskulin, I dan dia jauh beza i gemuk pendek.... I mesti try my best untuk berdisiplin...

jom...ni i dapat test sebulan, i am lucky coz i memang nak cuba sebulan dan gym true fitness ni dekat dengan umah...then derang offer so i am greatful...you nak trail tak dulu noks... i try tanya kalau u nak....

Bole, tt try la cycling bcs cycling one of the discovery sport...seronok..swim plak, bentuk badan balance kaki body n tgn.
Main point dia kadio, tahap kesihatan jantung jauh lebih baik gym.
Gym tu usually dlm aircond summore indoor.
Mental n psycho byk influnced, mostly my frnd  kjp je pg, lme2 boring..hehe.

tt, tea never get bored with the gym!!! tea ada jugak jogging at the park kat klcc tu kadang2.. mini gym kat rumah pun ade.. swimming ni cam susah sket utk tea sbb perumahan tea ni xde swimming pool, landed and tanah pun sekangkang kera aje... i joined twin tower fitness, they subscribed with les mills workout program, sama cam fitness first la... geng2 gym tea mmg teramat2 laa happening!!!! kenal diorang dekat gym la.... tea tak focus to 1 type of  workout aje... tea buat sume... cardio, weight, and flexibility... kalo odd hours tu, or workout sendiri2 mmg tea pakai threadmill aje or dancing...  list workout classes yang tea buat :-

1. high intensity cardio - kickboxing, step hilo, power step
2. medium intensity cardio - shbam (2x seminggu dkat gym, 2x dekat rumah)
3. weight training (utk toning ur body) - body pump & body vive
4. flexibility - yoga (tea xsuka sgt yoga, tp tpaksa buat sbb nak jaga joints due to those exercises.. yoga ni penting for your muscle, joints, back, shoulder, knee and waist recovery....
5. tea buat sauna 3 X seminggu lepas exercise, sbb nak tolong flush out the toxins and lactic acid buildup... cara sauna yg betul, bilas dulu badan for hygiene purpose, then u buat sauna for 15 mins... lepas tu cepat2 bilas balik badan  sblm peluh kering dengan air suam, then gradually reduce temperature air mandi tu sampai sejuk.... gradually tukar temperature tu sbb tanak kasi your body shock... air sejuk ni utk tutup balik the open pores and cooling down... bilas lepas sauna ni mmg kena buat cepat2 sbb toxin yg keluar dgn peluh boleh resap masuk badan through open pores tu... sbb tu kena bilas cepat2...

good luck to tt!!!  enjoy your gym routine... lama2 you:ll be addicted sbb bila body selalu berpeluh ni, asa hormon yg reduce stress... now i workout sbb nak release stress... tea suka dancing sbb feeling2 retis korea sgt... hahahahaha....

yang paling best, benefit continuous exercise ni body jadi lean and toned, pastu awet muda sbb release stress and toxin... another thing is kita bole elak cancer coz through sweating, kita flushout all the toxins and the free radicals from body... and of course, bila badan fit and kurus, penyakit pun menjauh laaa... dr nak amek darah pun senang, sbb urat senang nampak...

tea pernah try pole dancing ngn belly dancing... seriously,  i thought pole dancing tu utk cardio... skalikkkkk, it's strength training bebbb, lepas kelas tu, mmg terasa sore kat lengan, belakang, pinggang, paha, bahu.. sume laaa.. padahal tea selalu buat bodypump, cuma bodypump ni bole control the weight yg kita pakai repetitively.. pole dancing plak kena tahan your body weight to balance your dancing...

belly dancing mmg seksi, tp it's just that... tea nak something yang high intensity... so i buat jugak zumba kat rumah... belly dancing ni tea stop sbb xminat...

This coming new year Mizz dah register utk streettease n maybe n buat bellydance, but at a different studio la.. Hehe..

Sebab Mizz mmg suka menari....

Caya la ur sharing kat atas tu.. Harap2 tt kekal exercise ni.

To tt, jadikan ur hubby ur workout partner la.. Jgn plak dia ejek2 tt kalo x larat kat gym tu. Biasa la mula2 mmg kita rasa mcm nak quit sbb time tu metabolism masih rendah, but keep building it up! Like I said earlier, don't pressure urself for immediate result ok? Yg penting, up kan stamina, n bila stamina n muscle dah start bekerja, everything will fall into place insyaallah..

U don't have to engage a PT if u don't want to, but u can still mintak guidance diorang bila workout tu...

Yahoooo dah register, dah dapat pas, no question ask....isi form jer, lucky my hubby kenal manager....so i start tomorrow  6 am coz 7.20am nak antar anak gi skolah...

I tengok pole dan belly dancing tu so interesting...so sexy, fun and the same time excercise....
Tapi skg i tak bole sebab obese and stamina...

But i feel so positif i can last a month going to gym...3 times a week...

tea buat bodycombat dalam 1-2X seminggu je... bodyjam or shbam tu yg minimum 2X seminggu... mmg suka dancing jugak... nanti nak try hiphop dancing tp tengah usha2 studio mana yg offer dekat ngn rumah tea ni..

my husband pun gymmers tegar... but he'd prefer doing machine & sports/games... badminton tu mmg 4X seminggu laa... weekend and friday night mmg dia main sampai 3 jam skali main... tp tea duk umah la, xfollow dia main ngn geng2 club dia... on weekends kitorang pi jog dekat park sama2.. kdg2 tea gi ngn kawan2 gymmers jugak utk jog dekat park or join any aerobicthon.. tea cam minat nak join kevin zahri nyer jomfit session yg workout 3 jam tu... all the classes dalam sessi jomfit tu follow les mills jugak...

tt, kalo you nak pakai threadmill and u mentioned u're obese... ni tips yg sgt2 berguna utk threadmill... it burns fat and also low impact to your knee and ankle. bila you dah turun berat badan, baru you bole start running...

1. 5 mins warmup.. speed 3.5... inclination 3%
2. 15 mins buildup speed ngn inclination.... speed 4.5... inclination 4%...
3. 30 mins cardio ... speed 5.5 - 6... inclination 7-8% (yang ni takleh pause, even u rasa nak giveup.. teruskan je. tp kalo xlarat sgt, reduce ur speed to 5 or inclination to 7%...
4. cooling down for 5 -10 mins. speed 3.5, inclination 0-3%
5. stretching... i biasa buat yoga positions... kejap je pun... buat sendiri2...

mmg kalo buat selalu stamina mmg tiptop even u tak sempat nak join classes high intensity cardio... yg penting, dont pause at all....

tak sabo...  you ambik apa2 suppliment tak?
my hubby ambik proten powder untuk bagi dia stamina carry weight...

i try ambik half teaspoon of his powder crazee yang dia tak guna lagi dengan segelas air..
coz dia kata bagi dia focus dan energy..tapi dia ambil 1 table spoon kots..
i realize walau skit i ambik tapi ia
bagi i energy wat keje rumah non stops berjam jam..
i think i nak ambik besok so i ada power..

i tak amek supplement pun... tp tea mmg amalkan vit c... sbb bila exercise, mmg vit c cepat deplete for cell renewal.. ni utk buildup collagen dlm badan la... tp tea amek 500 mg aje brand flavettes, sbb tea mmg suka makan sayur2 dan buah... lain2 supplememt tea tak ambik...

gym plg best ai pernah pergi Celebrity Fitness sbb facility dia...ada shower,sauna,towel etc...tp sempat jd ahli 2 tahun je sbb rasa x berbaloi dgn bayaran tp pegi sekali sebulan,sometimes x pegi langsung.sbbnya agak jauh dan kekangan masa..
so now i register gym kat rumah je,Rockafella..lagi murah,of course facility kurang tp at least i dpt pergi 2,3 kali seminggu.
azam thn ni...nk pergi gym as much as i can
