'We weren't in a good place': Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan reveal how they worked through their problems as they gear up for new music release
They've been through more lineups than any other band, but now the original Sugababes have reformed and are back with a vengeance.
Now going by band name Mutya Keisha Siobhan, MKS in short, the three singers have gathered forces once again and are ready to release their first new music since storming the charts in 2000.
And the musical trio look like they're better than ever as they grace the cover of Ponystep magazine.
Showing that they've worked out the problems that caused them to split in the first place, Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhan Donaghy cuddle up to each other on the cover and appear closer than ever. The three original members of Sugababes, who joined forces first time over fourteen years ago, speak candidly in the accompanying interview on their reunion.
Keisha said: 'I remember sitting on my coach watching Mutya being interviews on 'Lorraine' just after I'd left the Sugababes, and Lorraine said "you might as well call Siobhan and get the original band back together." I could see Mutya thinking "perhaps". That was the start.'
'After that I facebooked Siobhan and we said we should meet up,' Mutya adds.
