Justin Bieber denies fathering 20 year-old woman’s baby

Radar Online and Star Magazine got ahold of a paternity lawsuit against Justin Bieber by a 20 year-old woman who claims that her three month old son was fathered by him during a tryst in a bathroom following one of his concerts. This story takes the cover of Star this week, and it’s not a bad idea despite the fact that the lawsuit reads like fan fiction. It goes into unnecessary and ridiculous detail and just sounds like it’s completely fabricated.

What Do You Mean Justin Bieber Fathered A Child?

If you're wondering why the name Mariah Yeater is trending on twitter, wonder no more. Ms. Yeater is saying that Justin Bieber is the father of her three-month-old child!

She claims that she met with the pop singer backstage after a concert last year and they hooked up. In fact, she went so far to say that Justin lost his virginity to her!

Mariah, 20, is bringing a paternity lawsuit against the Baby singer and said this in a statement: "When I later realised I was pregnant with Justin Bieber's baby, I tried to contact him through representatives, but no one ever called me back."

What she wants is for the Biebs to take a paternity test and "to provide adequate support for my baby".

Even more disturbing is the fact that if the alleged hookup did happen, Justin would have been underage at the time and she would be guilty of statutory rape of a minor.

Justin, who is currently dating Selena Gomez, vigorously denies the claim. His camp told TMZ: "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims."

He is certain that he has never met the woman and he tweeted, "Im going to ignore the rumors...and focus on what is real. an opportunity to help by doing what i love. Judge me on the music! Love yall!"

The hearing for this case is supposed to be scheduled for later this year.
