    Responsibility:
    
    

    • He / she is responsible for plan, schedule and perform Quality Management System internal audit and follow up/assist in addressing non compliances.
    • Coordinates customer visits/audits pertaining to Quality Mgmt System & assist environmental mgmt system audit.

    • Responsibilities:

      • Manage and coordinate customer's requirements. Eg. Demand Plan, Change Request, Line Try-out, etc.
      • Track and report status on an ongoing basis
      • Ensure commit-ship dates to customers are met at all time.
      • To achieve product quality targeted by customer.
      • Closely follow up with internal team on project plan to ensure task completion timely to meet customer expectations
      • Recognize potential problem areas against the plan and identifies and implements alternative solutions
      • Raise concerns based on measurement criteria and provide recommendations to maximize performance.
      • Manage change control processes and is responsible for overall project execution.
      • Provide project team with regular performance updates/reviews for identification of variances and corrective action

      Responsibility:
      
      

      • Performing the verification of the action plans (Internally or externally) derives from the Product Design Quality/NPI perspective.
      • Involvement in the Product Design Review along with Product Design Team.
      • Critically review potential quality failure during the Design Review stage
      • Involvement in the Product Design Verification/Validation from the Design Quality Perspective prior to the product release to Mass Production.
