Hi, minta maaf dulu jika BM saya teruk sebab saya Cina.Ini kali pertama saya interaksi di Forum BM.

Sebenarnya saya ingin minta pendapat saudari semua tentang resipi ayam Maharaja. Ada sesiapa yang pernah cuba resipi ini dengan pek-pek herbs and spices di pasaran? Sebab nak tahu golongan Melayu suka tak rasa masakan herba-herba tradisional.

I like Emperor's Chicken. It's easy to make and very tasty too.

The recipe is at the back of the Emperor Chicken herb pack.

It's basically... rub the herb & spices on the chicken, then wrap in plastic and aluminium foil (it's included in the pack) and steam for 2 hours or less (depends on the chicken).
