job scope as below :

PC / Notebook	Inspect  external condition for damages
	Inspect internal condition for visual damages
	Clean the internal of workstation with soft  brush/vacuum
	Inspect data and power cables for damages and  proper connections and check for network connectivity.
	Clean and check CD-ROM drive for operation
	Check and updates the OS with the latest  patches to fix any vulnerability
	Check the configuration of the antivirus  setting and update the signature
	Restart the PC/notebook and monitor the  shutdown process for errors
	Clean the exterior of the PC/Notebook, monitor  and keyboard with cleaning agent
	Clean the ball of the mouse (if applicable)
	Run Check Disk
	Fill in the maintenance contract sticker and  paste it on monitor and CPU.

Printer,     Scanner and     Projector	Inspect  external condition for damages

	Open the printer cover and take out the toner.  Clean inside of the printer with vaccum
	Print Test Page
	Clean the interior of the scanner / glass
	Scan a test page
	Clean the projector lense
	Clean the projector fan
	Fill in the maintenance contract sticker and  paste it on monitor and CPU.
