aku ni pekerja swasta... just nak survey bape banyak increment yg uolss dapat.. atau penah dapat...

dan korg naik gaji sbb performance ke.. atau sbb mmg fix tiap2 thn ke .. atau sbb kompeni untung ke.. atau sbb pandai bodek bos,, hehehe

dulu keje GLC kenaikan gaji fixed rm 134 every year, tp ade additional amt kalo prestasi bagus
keje gov kenaikan gaji rm 90 je.. huhu
my dad pernah rekemen kenaikan gaji org bwh die rm 1000 (naik pangkat kot), plus provide kete company..

penah up gaji 2 kali jer...sklai naik rm300..pastu resign and dapat up 500rm dr gaji yg terdahulu...masuknie dh 4 kali resign..huhuhuh..tak resign ssh nak naik gaji..

..btul2..resign masuk keja baru leh up rm 500...4 kali resign dah rm 2000...dlm  2-3 taun..basic mula2 Rm 2000 je..sila kira!...kalu keja maintain kompeni sama..rm 100-200...aje...."Lompat si katak lompat..lompat lah tinggi2..lagi xsmpai rm 10k..lg tu aku melompat..."

bab naik gaji ni, sy ada pglman menarik... kerja comp swasta (oil n gas), baru2 masuk pernah dpt increment 50%... org lain naik sikit, tetiba sy naik banyak... tp kena panjang akal sikitla.... dan kena berani...

simple je, company hantar pg oversea training sorg2, 3 bln... time nak g hantar, depa xda bagi surat agreement pun... dah balik tu, aku pun jumpa bos... mat salleh...

so, dgn beraninya aku ckp aku mintak naik gaji, kalau x aku chow g company lain (ni pun sbb ada beberapa isu yg membuatkan aku xpuas hati)... dan yg plg best, aku sendiri yg propose increment byk mana... alhamdulillah,, dptla 50% naik...

kl muda2 leh la lompat... kl dh tua camno nak melompat .... huhuhuuh

aku pon naik gaji banyak sbb melompat..... tp x larat la nak lompat selalu.... skrg nak try menten kompeni ni dlm 5-10 thn..

aku keje call centre..dgr citer nak naik 14% dr gaji asal..tapi x kompem lg jadik ke tak...tapi aku harap jadik la kan..bleh plan nak wat benda lain plak...

ekekeke.. sorry.. aku pun pening...

comapny dulu, performance bagus.... dia kasi 300 ke atas... tk bagus 100 ke bawah...
aku kat situ 3 thn.. 2x dapat performance bagus...

pastu lompat dapat beza 500
pastu stay 7 bln dapat offer company skang... tapi turun gaji, benefit banyak...

comapny skang, performance bagus... tp ikut percentage..
aku dapat 80% ke atas... tapi ikut merit.. max 20%... so kenaikan aku tk sampai 20% la..
ramai budak opis sini demotivate... ada yg cuma naik rm40 yg lepas tolak epf, jadi nagtif kenaikan nya itu...

tp diam aje la.. benefit ada walau tk gempak.. syukur aje...
