Apa sebenarnya Anxiety?

Lately banyak betul org claiming themselves ada ANXIETY I tak tau la...orang muda zaman ni...stress sikit terus kata ada anxiety ya?
Ayway Anxiety ni can be a good stress to us - pushing self to be better cth kalau kita slow kita kena push dari semua pihak..cth eh kau ni lembab cepat sikitlah, haa so kalau kita take that as a challenge kita akan try to catch up.
Some in medically signs yang patut di ambil perhatian is bila u all rasa mcm ni
- a churning feeling in your stomach.
- feeling light-headed or dizzy.
- pins and needles.
- feeling restless or unable to sit still.
- headaches, backache or other aches and pains.
- faster breathing.
- a fast, thumping or irregular heartbeat.
- sweating or hot flushes.
above listings baru lah i would say need to seek treatment. Common ways to tackle bila kita over stress atau panic is to breathing , stay calm, talk to someone or get some cognitive treatment. Above all berdoa and have faith in urself ok.
So those yang guna excuse anxiety ni, selagi u all aware whats going on masih boleh pegi healing coffee or tido terlebih tu bukan anxiety la..lebih pada mengada ngada hahaha...
Ni la i duk explain kat budak budak muda ni, sikit sikit anxiety...menyampah pulak dgr.

yee betul, kadang-kadang masalah boleh menjadi motivasi untuk berjaya
anxiety ni kalaulah sampai mengganggu social life, work, or other parts of your life !!
experiencing occasional anxiety is a normal part of life btw,
mcm takut hantu tu normal,
