Hi Kawan2 semua,

(** Sory coz bahasa rojak   )

Just nak share with u guys about something that happened to me recently.
I've always shopped online but this was the worst experience I ever had.
End of Nov hari tu, I contacted this one choc seller... Ingat nak book some hommade choc for a frenz bday which is on mid Dec..
So i e mailed her first and she asked me what design i wanted and gave me the quotation...
I then send my design to her and she confirmed that she'll do it..
lepas tu i ask her again if she's able to make n send it by mid dec... and she said ok, no prob..
I insisted for her to send by hand, and at first she said that she wanted to send by post coz die ader some kind of choc convection at JHB mase tu.. so she gave me 3 option,
1) send earlier ataupun
2) suruh penerima tu ambik dekat die sendiri @ choc convection
3) by post

I pn cakap okla... if xder runner nak anta plz send by post.. Lepas tu die senyap jer..
I sent another sms early Dec to confirm die leh wat or not...
pastu die kate confirm boleh.. pastu delivery kene add rm15..
I've read in her blog that payment need to be made 3 days before , but she insisted me to bank in earlier..
Oleh kerana takut teroverbudget, I made the payment....

then last week tues I sms die tanyer what is the status of my order, dah siap ke blum...
and she said my order will be ready on thurs, and her fren will sen by hand on fri... (die patut anta choc tu last fri)
pastu i cakapla plz send me the pic once the choc is ready.. pastu die cakap.. alrite, sure..
fri tu i was bz so i takdela check ngan my fren samaada die dah received or not...
pagi jumaat tu i sms her tanyer dah hantar ke, can i have the pic? die diam jer...
coz die kate kene g pameran choc tu so i tot maybe die x perasan sms i... i just diam jer...
pastu i send another sms on the evening, and die x reply lagi..
sabtu and ahad i was really2 bz so i've forgotten about the choc....

smalam (mon) i sent her anotha sms, tanyer dah hantar or not and she kept quiet..
lepas tu i remember about her blog... and thinking of thrashing her blog...
so i pn post stuffs like i'm a dissapointed customer, you x reply pape pn, what is the status...
yang klakar... right after that she replied my sms...

"Salam... i'm apologise for what happen. it's my fault, i should not took ur order dat day cuz seriously busy this week. if u wan the refund , i'll bank in by today"

lepas tu i cakapla of coz i want a refund! If you dont bank in by today i'll report this to CyberFraud!

A bit late, but nasib baik die refund back my money, but she also deleted my comments in the blog.
Anyway, I'm very2 dissapointed with the owner of the below blog:

hmm.. Eill kire nasib baik coz dapat blk duit.... tp leh try bace kt bwh ni:
Beware of cyber cheats
KUALA LUMPUR: Police yesterday advised internet users to beware of cyber cheats who sell goods online, to avoid being victims of increasingly rampant fraud activities. According to the police’s Facebook site, police are continuously monitoring crimes of this nature and advised users not to be too trusting when dealing with such people. Police said to prevent being duped by cyber cheats, internet users must be sure of the sellers’ identities including their addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and other vital information prior to any transaction. “The public should check with the bank whether or not the account number given matches the name of the seller ... and if the user has corresponded with the seller through email, the e-mails should be saved, together with the full e-mail header. “Should a buyer be cheated, they must print all forms of communication with the seller such as wall posts, private messages, e-mail, short message service (SMS) and phone conversations among others. “Buyers should also drag the duration of communication with seller, and those with information on cyber cheats should email it to [email protected] for further investigation and action by the police,” he said. A news report yesterday revealed techniques used by cyber cheats to lure users into buying goods online, causing them to lose between RM200,000 and RM300,000 monthly. Among the complaints reported to the National Consumer Complaints Centre were 80 cases involving fraud, unnecessary delays (96), lack of seller information (128), attempts to confuse the buyer (91), poor service (75) and exchange of goods and refunds (84).
