Sebutan kes ahli perniagaan yang dituduh melakukan seks menggunakan objek ke atas seorang pegawai bank di dalam tandas wanita sebuah kelab, Januari lalu ditetapkan 17 Julain ini.


Tertuduh, Wan Mohammad Ashraf Nasjaruddin merupakan bekas pengarah logistik dan keselamatan gerak gempur Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) Bahagian Shah Alam dihadapkan ke mahkamah pada 11 Mei lalu atas tuduhan itu.

Hakim Siti Aminah Ghazali menetapkan tarikh tersebut selepas Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Nidzuwan Abd Latip memaklumkan pihaknya telah menyerahkan dokumen berkaitan kes kepada pihak pembelaan hari ini.


“Pihak pendakwaan memohon satu tarikh sebutan lain untuk menyerahkan baki dokumen pada sebutan akan datang,” katanya semasa sebutan kes.


Sementara itu, peguam Datuk Mohamad Hanafiah Zakaria yang mewakili Wan Mohammad Ashraf mengesahkan pihaknya telah menerima dokumen tersebut. Turut mewakili tertuduh, Datuk Ishak Mohd. Yusoff.


Mengikut pertuduhan, Wan Mohammad Ashraf ,42, didakwa melakukan perbuatan itu dengan menggunakan objek terhadap seorang wanita berusia 25 tahun 11 bulan tanpa kebenarannya di dalam tandas wanita di sebuah kelab di Jalan Bukit Bintang di sini pada 5 pagi, 2 Januari lalu.


Pertuduhan dikemukakan mengikut Seksyen 377CA Kanun Keseksaan yang membawa kepada hukuman penjara minimum lima tahun dan maksimum 30 tahun dan sebat, jika sabit kesalahan.


Ketika didakwa, mahkamah membenarkan tertuduh diikat jamin RM10,000 dengan seorang penjamin dan dilarang mengganggu mangsa sehingga kes selesai.
