Salam & Hi sume...aku ada soalan skit pasal annual leave ni...
Skrg ni aku keje kat offshore...2 weeks keje...2 weeks cuti...tapi keje start kol6am- 6pm...Aku contract staff..and supplied by manpower...masalahnye...company aku tak provide annual leave...tapi kalau permenant staff ade plak annual leave 14 hari kot..
soalannye:-
a) Keje macam aku ni layak ke dapat annual leave?
b) kalau aku fight pasal benda ni ngn HR company aku...and report kat labour law..korg rasa ada harapan utk menang ke? haha..
Sape2 yg ada idea n ilmu dalam undang2 buruh ni...sila la bantu aku ok? thanks... |

kalau xder tulis....dapatkan pengesahan dr Pihak Sumber Manusia Company tu.....kalau betul2 depa takleh provide jawapan...kendian bolehlah dirujuk kepada Labour law...
@ minggu keje dan 2 minggu cuti....fuhhh....byk banget cuti tu....dalam setahun kira2nya ko ada cuti 6 bulan la camtu ( betulkan kalau aku salah ).. |

Menurut kawan ku yg memang berpengalaman handle third party contract staff for Oil & Gas company, kalu staff supplied by manpower memang takde annual leaves. |

Aah...aku setahun keje 6 bulan je...6 bulan lg cuti..haha...sehari normal duty aku 12hours..itu pasal la jadi mcm ni...lg pon kat offshore..tapi aku rs still kene ada annual leave kot...huhu |

haha...ni yg tak best ni...kawan ko tu keje manpower mana? bkn ape..mcm exxon mobil, petronas carigali..sume ada annual leave..mcm company aku Talisman..permanent staff je ada...so macam tak fair la.. |

best nyer keje OnG nie....mesti gaji lebat nie...elaun harian kat laut mesti banyak nie...
adik aku pun keje OnG ,,,takda annual leave . cuti 2 minggu ..keje 2 minggu....kekadang keje 3 minggu 1 minggu cuti. |

kawan aku kerja O&G company bahagian HR. Dia handle offshore 3rd party Manpower staff. Dia kata memang O&G company practice mcm tu...for 3rd party Manpower staff memang takde annual leaves. Bila jd permanent staff nanti baru ko bole dpt annual leaves benefit... |

aku rasa..petronas carigali still permanent staff...kalau esso...dorg baru nak practice supply by manpower kot...sbb ex manpower aku..die ada supply budak2 esso ni...
eh...kalau ikut kan akta buruh...keje macam aku ni layak ke dpt annual leave? aku rasa keje aku sm je mcm keje kat darat..sbb aku keje 12 jam sehari...btol ke eh? aku still konfius ni..haha |

alamak tak faham lah....kerja gaji org laut tu aper? kat sana kan mcm2 post ada...Supervisor, Manager,Technician...so mcm2 gaji lah...yg pastinyer...ku slalu berurusan dgn mereka2 yg berada di laut sana.... |

Annual leave
You will be entitled to annual leave as follows:-
i.Twelve (12) days paid leave entitlement for the first twelve (12) calender months of continuous service
ii.Fourteen (14) days paid entitlement for continuous service of more than twelve (12) months to five (5) years
iii.Eighteen (18) days paid leave entitlement for continuous service over five (5) years
Dia confirm bulan 3/2011. nak cuti raya ni tp HR kata kena potong gaji.
menurut HR-selepas 12 bln kerja baru entitle cuti
meaning dr 3/2011 hingga 3/2012 xde cuti
start 4/2012 baru cuti 12hr entitle
konpius
sefaham aku dr
3/2011 hingga 3/2012 12hr cuti
4/2012 hingga 3/2017 14hr cuti
4/2017 onward 18hr cuti
boleh sesiapa ttl bg pdpt...tq |
