Creating A New Thread

To all forumers.

I notice that it's a trend of provocative act the moment new thread is being launch rather than being objective enough to discuss or even try to understand / learn new things. Most of the old threads were left unattended, no conclusion were being made, knowledgeable discussion were just at the beginning and it will end up like usual.
Therefore, to thread owners, care of your thread with specific discussion you created and make it relevant. Do not try to create new thread and left unattended. I would prefer quality than quantity.

Care for your old thread, or your new thread will be closed unless it's really interesting, informative and fresh.
I'm not going to specify how many you should create and maintain, but I will be the one managing that.

There should be no thread being created with the intention to attack personality of others.

Thread should be created to all in generic terms.No names allowed.

Thread should be lead to reasonable discussion.

New thread should be created with reasonable direction for discussion.
Copy, cut and paste without clear objective is not allowed.

THERE WILL BE A "COUNTING BRIEF" TO THE MEASURE OF THREE COUNTS FOR EACH UNANSWERED QUERY WHERE THE PROPOSER FORUMER CAN REQUEST MODERATOR INTERVENTION BY FLAGGING THE QUESTION UNANSWERED BY THE OPPONENT FORUMER IF THE OPPONENT TO WHOM THE QUERY IS DIRECTED REFUSES TO ANSWER OR DECIDES TO SPAM THE SAME OFF-TOPIC ANSWER POSTING.

ONCE THE COUNTING BRIEF EXPIRES AT THREE THE OPPONENT WHO REFUSES TO ANSWER SHALL BE FLAGGED DOWN AS A "REFUSED ENGAGEMENT" AND THE MODERATOR SHALL DECIDE THAT POINTS BE AWARDED TO THE PROPONENT WHILE THE OPPONENT RIGHTFULLY RECEIVES A CREDIT DEDUCTION. THE AMOUNT OF CREDIT + OR – WILL NOT BE FIXED AND UP TO THE MODERATOR TO DECIDE.

THIS ACTION IS SEALED BY AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY THE MODERATOR THAT THE PROPOSER FORUMER HAS WON THE PORTION ARGUMENT PIECE. HOWEVER, IT WILL BE UP TO THE MODERATOR TO REMAIN THE THREAD UNCHANGED OR LOCKED. IF THREAD REMAIN UNCHANGED AND THE FORUMER OF WHOM HAD BEEN DECIDED AS REFUSE ENGANGEMENT CONTINUALLY TO SPAM WILL BE GIVEN A WARNING.
THE REST OF THE RULES STILL REMAIN UNCHANGED. USE PROPER AND DECENT LANGUAGE TO DISCUSS ISSUES.
