Kerajaan: knp perlu cukupkan kursus 7 hari / year?

1-kepada orang2 gomen sekali, aku nk tnya, kenapa kena ckupkan kursus sebanyak 7 hari setahun...??????
2-kalu x ckup adakah akan menjejaskan prestasi kita yang lebih cemerlang dari org yang asyik kursus je memanjang tp buat keje macam haremm jer...?
3-di manakah rasionalnya kursus 7hr setahun ni perlu dlm perkhidmatan...???
4-ada dalam Pekeliling ker...?
5-boleh effect markah LNPT x..?

bkan aper, tiap2 tahun kursus yang di offer byk yg sama jer ngan yg dh pernah pergi sebelum ni yg melibatkan bidang tugas, bla apply yg x melibatkan bidang tugas dh bos reject lak, alsn x kena ngn bidang tugas...

kalu sesajer nk ckupkan 7hr tu, klu mtk kursus2 mcm kekeluargaan, mental smua dia bg lak pegi, tp org yg pegi tu aku tgk samer je bla balik kursus langsung xde improvement pn, so pd aku sebenarnya objective kursus yg utk memotivasikan diri ni dtg dr dlm diri sendiri, kalu ko x de rs nk improve, ko pergi la kursus 365hari setahun pn, tetap bingung mcm tu jgk pn.....

so aku rs aku blh motivate diri aku sndiri, kerja ok smua, what for aku nk buang ms g kursus sdgkan ms yg diperuntukkan utk g kursus tu aku boleh spend utk hbskan kejer2 aku....

tension betul aku skrg ni smua cbok ngn soalan popular ujung tahun "ko dh ckup kursus tahun ni..?"

ntahnye... tensen tul kene cukupkan kursus nih...
tak pasal2 hari sabtu menjadi mangsa utk wat kursus2 LDP...
aku rindukan sabtu waktu tidurku..

lahh..
xde lak org bijak pandai HR nk bg komen..huhuh
aku bkn aper, aku geram la..
sepang tahun aku mnjlnkn tugas secara komited n dedikasi,
bla sampai ujung tahun tup2 org kata kursus kna ckup 7hr...
aku gabra la, xkn sbb kursus aku x ckup, mrkah n prestasi aku yang cemerlang boleh jd tidak cemerlang weyhhh....

d mnkah keadilan....

x sangka ada org nak bukak topik  ni kat sini....

Aku pun tgh pening kepala memikirkan kursus 7 hari ni...
tapi masalah aku besar sket sbb aku jadi penyelaras latihan...org lain yg x cukup 7 hari aku yg kena tanya....

Kursus 7 hari mmg penting utk PTK Kursus.sbb tu satu drpd kategori dalam myCPD.tapi bukan semua post dah start.

Kalau utk KKM,budget latihan kami sgt sikit.selalunya kursus yg buat dkt dewan CPD tmpt masing2 je.takde gi tmpt jauh2 pun.jalan kaki jer....

Lepas tu,utk make sure semua staf cukupkan kursus 7 hari tu bukan senang.ada yg bagi byk alasan tak nak pegi kursus....pening ooo...

Jadi apa yg dprtmt aku buat,kami buat CPD 1 jam weekly.6 jam=1 hari.
CPD ni plak diberi oleh semua staf ikut giliran.topik yg dipilih semua berkisar ttg keje.jadi semua skill keje sentiasa fresh dan update.
Aku lega gak la,sbb Insya Allah dapat make sure semua staf cukup 7 hari & prestasi diaorg pun terjaga.
tapi aku penat nak total CPD staf kat sini sebab lebih drpd 60 orang.....

    sila rujuk pekeliling perkhidmatan bilangan 6 tahun 2005.. nnt akhir thn kene isi borang skt.. kt situ kene list kan kursus yg kite penah pg...

    ha, ada pun org jwb...
HR kt tmpt aku pn rsnya dh pening la nk buat kursus tiap2 tahun.....

1-tiap2 tahun kursus yang sama je ditawarkan...klu dh p tahun lepas, tahun ni nk p lg ker...
2-tiap2 kali ada kursus, mostly utk bahagian teknikal, org bkn teknikal nama x naik...pastu 2,3,4 kali kursus org yg sama jer la....
bla ada kursus umum, dia bg nama termasuk org teknikal yg dh g kurus 5,6 kali dh setahun...geram betul ngan pengurusan HR tmpt aku ni....x alert...
3-last2 ofs aku skang dia bg nama untuk hadir ceramah2 atau majlis2 perasmian kt event berkaitan 1malaysia la apa la kt dewan kitaorg, even event dr kul 8-11pg pun diorg ckp, masuk je sbagai kursus 1hr dlm LNPT nnti....euuuuww... please bg the proper one boleh x...?

kenapa perlu kursus 7hr tu yer...?

aku perlukan jwpn mcm ni la, baru aku tau apa yg aku buat.....
ni main buat jer tp reason ke haper ker langsung xtau...

Mai keje kat tmpt aku...Insya Allah ada keadilan.

aku bg markah prestasi kat staf bukan based on kursus cukup ke tak,( lagipun spttnya utk bahagian kursus takde markah,cuma blh nmpk org tu aktif ke tak,yg ada markah bhgn sumbangan tu,mcm jadi AJK ke..tu pun 5 markah je ) tapi jgn la smpi CPD 1 jam yg berkaitan keje dan sekangkang kera tu pun tak nak gi....sbb kat borang prestasi kan ada column kursus yg dihadiri dalam tahun tu.nanti kosong lak column tu kan...

lgpun kita sbg staf jgnla biar bos bg markah suka hati....aku biasanya bincang ngan staf ttg markah prestasi diaorg,pastu aku tanya lak,puas hati ke tak ngan markah tu....( takut nanti kena soal kat akhirat lak sbb tak adil... )

aku pernah bos aku..mcm haremm...

sepanjang tahun klu ank buah dia x de akuuuu jer yg settle task ank buah dia,
dia kutuk2 ank buah dia kata x puas ht la, bla, bla, bla
bla smpi mrkah LNPT, LNPT ank buah dia lg tgi dr aku....
makkk aiiii...bara betul aku doh.. :@:@:@:@:@:@:@:@:@
aku yg x de rekod buruk ni dpt lg rendah dr org yg rekod buruk seburuk2nya....

Perlu utk pastikan semua org merasa pergi kursus..takdakla asyik org yg sama pi kursus..asal kursus yg gi tmpt best2 je org tu gak yg pegi...bila entah org tu buat keje hakiki....
tapi sayangnya objektif tak tercapai bila org yg jg bhgn kursus tu biassed...:cry:

This is based on my own experiences .... Just want to share my ideas/thoughts with my fellow forumers...

Every end of year, HOD will conduct appraisal on his/her subordinates. The objectives of appraisal are:
1. To evaluate the performance of his/her subordinates...
2. To identify the strengths and weaknesses of his/her subordinates...
3. To share his/her plans on his/her subordinates' career development...
4. Any other issues/matters related to department overall performances and how each subordinate can contribute to achieve the department's overall goals specifically and company's goals generally...

Based on this appraisal overall result, HOD will come out with resolutions on how to improve his/her subordinates weaknesses... for example...  by sending the staff to the external/internal courses/trainings is one way to do this.

But how to make sure, after sending the staff to these courses/trainings... will improve their efficiencies and skills in performing the job:
1. The HOD should monitor his/her staff performances from time to time... are there any changes before training and after training...
2. To get the staff to share the knowledges/lessons he/she gains from the courses with his/her office mates...
3. HOD and subordinates should perform a quarterly review where they can discuss how the staff is performing... Any issues staff want to highlight to his/her immediate superior which can effect him/her from performing his/her daily jobs...

Sending peoples to attend seminars, courses &  trainings is not simply to send this peoples for honeymoon (especially for those who are sent to attend courses/trainings outstation)... Stay in the hotel, having buffet breakfast... eat luxorious meal upon lunch... etc. This is such an investment. If company/management sends these staff to the right courses, in return, the company/management will get benefit out of it... but there are follow up actions performed by management in order to make sure the staff really practice what they have gained from this courses/trainings...

setakat suh bg 3 point 'apa yg dpt anda pelajari dr kursus tersebut' that's all...
bos tu sign, bos ni sign, hantar ke HR pastu HR rekod masuk fail, pastu case closed....

Kalo cam tu, untung ler sesapa yang pergi kursus erk... . Everything kena tanggung... dapat gak escape daripada opis for a few days...

Cuma tue ler.. sesapa yang begitu komited ngan kerja seperti TT... then realize, kalo pi kursus pun, nothing can be gained out from it... instead keje makin build up sebab tak dok kat opis time kursus... then better tak yah pi kursus khenn...

Tapi kalo ai yang dihantar pegi kursus... will try as many and much as possible to learn new knowledge and skills gotten from the course attended to sharpen my ability and capability... bagus gak untuk kita... to equip ourself ngan cabaran tempat kerja yang semakin mencabar zaman sekarang... Bagus gak untuk dilisted dalam resume kita...

Untuk dprtmt aku,InsyaAllah...
Sapa pegi kursus kat mana2 balik wajib buat echo training lak...pastu kena isi borang keberkesanan kursus.lps 3 bulan,bos  nilai,keberkesanan kursus.
