INFO - Sakit Belakang - back pain and main causes

Salam hope everyone is doing great. As i am not now..hahaha having back pain. According dr its a muscles and ligament strain so mcm muscle spasms. It can be serious if ada symptoms yang non stop. Anyway as for me takla...since im facing this i nak share la few notes yang i baca and asked the dr.
what is the common causes of back pain ni?

1- Poor posture - especially mcm i ni banyak duduk depan pc and posture yang salah
2- Muscle strain - jarring movement ni mcm pergerakkan yang mengejut like on  bumpy road cthnya
3- lifting heavy object - hmmm i think i did, hahah angkat robok nak vacuum
4- sport injury - as me takdelah
5- pinched nerve - too much pressure kat surrounding tissues , cth tulang belakang kita, muscles or tendons kita

so, how to stop back pain ni?

1- muscle straightening, buatlah stretching ni as for me mybe otot muscles i semua terkejutla sbb i buat strecthing and also doc kata buatla light exercise jangan malas!
2- sit up straight- so kita ni bila duduk kan mcm meleset je posture tu so make sure straight up
3- avoid lifitiing benda berat
4- Overweight? - oh tidakkkkk!!! as for me 99% tak hahahah - but if we feel kita terlebih berat boleh gak sakit belakang ni

is back pain due to kidney problem?

Probably not sebab..

1) usually if kidney issues rasa sakit usually kat higher on our back and sakit dia deeper, as for me...boleh jalan  mcm biasa just ada certain movements dia sakit like senget sikit ngereng ke kiri kanaN ..so more to posture.phew!

2) also usually pain occur under our ribs...so u all can monitor ni ya

How to know is back pain ni big Problem to you?

1- sakit more than a week, ok i baru dua hari and simptoms actually dah lama la..like sengal sengal
2- Pain tu melarat ke anggota badan yang lain
3-ada numbness kan any your anggota badan, tinggling
4- pain is woses at certain times or positons tu
5- susah kencing and bowel issues - as me tak la sbb 2x keluar  toilet pagi ni je huhuhu
6- weight loss
7- demam - eh slightly tapi i think as for me just mild sbb penat


So kalau adalah all this sign kenalah gi jumpa dr.  Kesimpulannya we got to take care of our posture and overall our health!

thai parlour dia pijak pijak belakang awak. Also nnt sy harap dia lenyek terus ..huhuhu...Stretching je mcm gambar diatas..

dari poster ni, 2 je yg den buat. tp cat pose tu masa ni xleh wat cos my leg muscle is still weak. another exercise for back pain is bridging.

mine is sebab my nerve dah kena tindan dgn disc yg slipped. so klu back pain ni mai, and severe, mmg efek dia dari pinggang tu sampai kaki paha semua. sometimes sampai bedridden dibuatnya. and nk baik mmg at least a week plus dgn ubat2an.

br je komen psl back pain ni kan, now here I am, suffering a very bad one since last Sat evening. Worsen as I had to be everywhere on Monday. Still contemplating on taking painkillers cos mine would induced sleepiness and I have tons to do

get well soon, kan x boleh buat keje berat tu.

Mine is better now, just put the lumbar support bila duduk also the towel tu rolling bulat and support belakang . Also i buat stretching yang kat you tube tu...so it helps.

i know ur case ni severe sikit so u kena avoidla all those fizikal movements to much ok.

Pernah kena dulu sbb cara angkat tilam salah sbb bongkok terus ambik tilam langsung bunyi urat kat belakang...esok terus cari sepupu mintak urut sbb kencing keluar tak berhenti gara-gara urat terkencing dah huru hara jadi kacau sama...
Badan tak boleh pusing kiri dan kanan...memang tak tunggu terus balik kg urut betul semua baru elok dan normal balik...
Ngeri sbb kencing keluar sikit2 tapi non stop...
