( INFO ) - Age 40 Vitamin apa yang u all perlu ambil ?

Salam and good day all.

Semakin kita berusia semakin banyak faktor kesihatan yang kita kena ambil kira. Semalam cuti i duk survey vitamin apa yang sesuai untuk kesihatan especially kalsium untuk tulang ,avoid asteoporosis ni bila dah tetua. But of coz bersenam is always d best like simple steps and stretching and so on. Like some old people masih kuat dan cergas ..so itulah yang kita nak. Probably info ni manfaat utk semua.

1) Kalsium - kalau dari makanan harian kita probably minum susu, almond , bayam and semua sayur la...or suppliment i.e.  vitamin D and calcium ni apa brand pun bolehla...usually bagus gi farmasi and tanya apa yg sesuai ikut apa kita nak. - ni la yg i x consume so i think its about time.

2) Vitamin C - usually kita ingat untuk kulit, well its more than just that..vitamin C is good untuk our brain jugak..selain untuk kekuatan tubuh badan ia membantu kita lebih fokus

3) Vitamin D - haa ni yg i sebut, ada yang kata Vitamin D ni vitamin sakti selain untuk tulang ia juga mampu meningkatkan imuniti badan kita as well good untuk kaum wanita mengurangkan risiko penyakit kronik. Usually vitamin D ni combine dengan Kalsium so ikutla jika ada budget bolehle beli vitamin D and kalsium or yang combined.

Apa pun kita ambil suppliment ikut apa yg sesuai untuk kita ok, x perlu terlalu banyak memadai dgn apa yg membantu badan kita. like myself vitamin C, B complex, oil fish - ituu je so ni rasa nak add on kalcium. Make sure baca dulu before beli and if can beli la yang bertauliah.

It was nice insight on what vitamins one needs to take while aging as these macronutrients are very important for our nourishment.

dah pernah cerita dalam thread Supplemen untuk wanita 40-an

List supplemen yang consider ambil tahun ni:

Masa perut kosong, ambil zinc

lepas makan:
B-complex
Multivitamin
Vitamin C
Fish oil
Biotin (dr GNC)Vitamin E

Sebelum tidur:
Res-V
Kalsium

semoga me istiqomah ambil supplement, azam 2022 nak jaga kesihatan diri...
