Shim Su-Ryeon (Lee Ji-Ah) was born into wealth. She is now an elegant woman of the upper class and she is like the queen of the Penthouse Apartment. Her husband is Joo Dan-Tae (Uhm Ki-Joon). He is successful in business and real estate.
Cheon Seo-Jin (Kim So-Yeon) was born into a wealthy family. She is arrogant. Her husband is Ha Yoon-Cheol (Yoon Jong-Hoon). He is a chief surgeon at a general hospital and an ambitious man.
Oh Yoon-Hee (Eugene) comes from a poor family background. She works hard for her children's success. She wants to belong to the upper class for her children.

Once the residents from Hera Place are released from prison, Shim Su-Ryeon and Oh Yoon-Hee (Eugene) form an alliance with Cheon Seo-Jin (Kim So-Yeon) to take down Joo Dan-Tae (Uhm Ki-Joon). Soon, Baek Joon-Ki (On Joo-Wan) enters the picture as an old friend of Joo Dan-Tae. What secret does he hold on Joo Dan-Tae? Meanwhile, Yoo Dong-Pil (Park Ho-San), husband of Kang Ma-Ri (Shin Eun-Kyung) and father of Yoo Je-Ni (Jin Ji-Hee), returns to Hera Place after spending six years away. He seethes inside and seeks revenge on Joo Dan-Tae. At Cheong-A Arts School, Joo Seok-Kyung (Han Ji-Hyun) faces punishment for her past bullying actions.

SBS’s “The Penthouse 2” has wrapped up on a perfect streak of No. 1 ratings!
On March 2, the final episode of “The Penthouse 2” continued its uninterrupted reign over the battle for drama viewership ratings. According to Nielsen Korea, the finale of the hit drama’s second season scored average nationwide ratings of 21.5 percent, 25.2 percent, and 25.8 percent for its three parts, making it the most-watched program to air on any channel that day.
Over the course of its 13-episode run, “The Penthouse 2” successfully remained not only the most-watched program of Friday and Saturday nights, but for every single week of its run, it was also the most-watched miniseries to air on any channel that entire week.
The producers of “The Penthouse” commented, “It seems like just yesterday that we began Season 1, but we’ve already arrived at the end of the second season. This journey was only possible because of the hard work and passion of the cast and crew, as well as the incredible support we received from viewers.”
They added, “Please look forward to find out what kind of story awaits in Season 3 of ‘The Penthouse.'”
Meanwhile, JTBC’s “Beyond Evil” enjoyed a significant boost in viewership for its latest episode, which scored an average nationwide rating of 5.0 percent.

Tp mcm tetap lum dpt move on dr penthouse. Selagi xde kdrama yg aku minat sgt2. Rasanya selagi tu, cerita ni tetap di hati. Byk dah aku tgk drama lps penthouse s3, tp lum ada drama yg leh jdi pengganti penthouse kat hati aku. Hahahhahahahha.
