Harga roti naik

aku dah lama x beli roti.  sejak anak cuti sekolah ari tu sbb selalu beli roti utk dia bwk bekal gi sekolah je.  so 1st week sekolah last week x de bwk roti so td beli roti gardenia ingat nak wat bekal utk dia besok.  mak ai ... terkejut beruk bila lihat harga dah naik 20sec dari RM2.10 to RM2.30.  Ngapa tiba2 harga dia naik eek sedangkan harga tepung x naik pun.  tp nakx nak terpaksa beli jugaklah ....sejak bila harga tu naik eek ....

kenaikan harga roti putih ni diumumkan serentak dengan kenaikan harga gula tu hari....tapi publisiti kurang meluas berbanding kenaikan harga gula sebanyak 20 sen....sebab tu ramai yang terkejut bila beli roti putih, harganya dah naik 20 sen sebab mcm tak diumumkan sedangkan ada diumumkan serentak dengan kenaikan gula tu hari.....

TT, dah ada le isu ni....:geram:  cuba semak. Kenaikan harga roti ni awal tahun 2010 baru2 ni.

Medang, nak buat doh roti canai tu mmg perlukan sesudu dua gula pasir...ianya bertujuan untuk melembutkan doh selain utk dapatkan rasa sebenar roti canai...

Saper nak try buat roti canai sendiri, nak makan puas2 anak beranak...ni resepi dia..anis biasa buat roti canai guna resepi ni...mmg jadik...gebu dan lembut roti canai wa...

Roti Canai
500g Plain Flour (sifted)
1/2 cup Water
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Milk - Anis guna susu pekat jer..
1 Egg
20g Sugar
40g Oil & Ghee mix (approx. 60% oil and 40% ghee, as ghee has quite an overpowering flavour and aroma) - anis gunakan marjerin jer...ni nak bagi doh "lemas" utk mudah ditebar....

Combine flour,salt and sugar in a bowl. Mix in Milk, water and egg.
Knead well. Add more water if you feel the mixture is to dry. You should get the consistency of soft plaster cine or playdoh.
The more you knead the mixture the better the end result. Kneading makes the dough more pliable and stretchy. Not to mention getting a good workout, it was also a great stress reliever!
Set aside dough and rest for 20 - 30 mins (you and the dough).
Once rested, divide and roll dough into small balls. You should be able to get roughly 10 balls.
Rub the oil & ghee mix over the balls to prevent them from sticking to each other. Cover and leave overnight, preferably not in the fridge. Any cool & dry place is appropriate.

Hahahahaha..resepi tu nak tunjuk bukti kat bro medang yang nak wat doh roti canai perlukan gula...sebab tu harga roti canai naik harga...
20gm gula tu bersamaan dengan sesudu dua penuh sudu makan...gula naik 20 sen sekilo, roti canai kosong pun naik 20 sen gak utk sekeping (dulu 80 sen, la ni dah singgit)...sedangkan nak buat 1/2 kilo tepung cuma perlukan sesudu dua jer gula (20gm jer)...mcm tak logik jerr lah kalau naikkan rege roti canai ni sampai 20 sen sekeping...jadi, malam ni pakat buat roti canai sendiri jer lah yer....resepi anis dah bagi...jangan malas2 memasak tu...
