Three types of R-27 missiles are clearly visible in this news footage of the Su-30MKM handing over ceremony 25 May 2007. Each one distinguished by the colour of its red, white or grey nose cone. The blunt red tipped one is definitely R-27TE
and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that the other two with sharp tips are the AE and ER versions. |
