NOTIS BERHENTI 6 BULAN

just nak tanya kan..

dlm labour law, my company after confirmation, resign letter should be at least 6 months..

so, just nak tanya, adakah law ini boleh di guna pakai..ada tak dlm labour law malaysia, resignation ni ada had berapa bulan etc2..

notis ni bergantung kepada majikan. kalau majikan kata setahun, maka setahun le. tapi 6 bulan lama gila. co apa ni? biasanya paling lama pun notis 2/3 bulan je.

my company lg besh. dlm contract tulis 1 mth jer tau.. tp bebaru ni. boss warned i.. kalo i resign.. kena notis 6 mth.. x koser nk ikut.. heheh.. contract lg valid dr cakap mulut.. hehehe

lame betul 6 month tuh..
my previous employer lagi best kalo org tuh dah antar surat resign,
dier lagi cepat nak srh org tuh berenti..
kata nye, org dah tak minat nak keje watpe nak srh org keje..
tapi ade certain2 job position yg mmg kn ikut appmnt letter sbb byk uruskan p & c..

labour law in merujuk emplyment act ke? klu EA, most dlm akta tu utk yg gaji 1.5K dan ke bawah. tp xsure plak klu psl resign ni.

tp mostly 3months klu dah confirm. tp klu jwtn lg tgi,slalu makin lama tempoh utk resign

6 bln? gile lamaaaaa
aku dulu nk berenti dr opis lama pun bg notis sebulan je..dlm kontrak ada sebut sama ada sebulan atau 24 jam..

masa aku keje jadik cikgu komputer dulu, aku bagi notis seminggu jekk..pastu banyak songel plak co tu suruh aku cari guru ganti..soriii, bukan keje aku nk cari2 org mengganti nihhh..dh la gaji kecik, bayo lambat...babaiii la jawabnye

co. aku lak memang cam tu exe 6 bulan non-exe 3 bulan tapi so far genap tempoh confirmation semua ok,die terus confirm. bile co. lambat confirm banyak faedahnye,benefit permanent staf dia tak perlu buat..untung..lame nak confirm yg untung bagi pekerja lebih mase untuk pikirkan samaada nak terus kekal or cabut pi tempat lain (senang je sbb tak confirm at lez 1 week notice).

itu yg nak tahu tu....ada ke labour law yg nyatakan tender resign notice sampai 6 bulan???sbb aku dah tanya pihak HR Co aku....terkejut derang......

6 bln...? pergh... berkemungkinan gak.. it's depend term and condition  of yr company.. kalu dia tulis camtu nak buat camene.. kalu x cuba check ngan pejabat buruh @ persatuan HR consultant.

rasanya takde, pasal tak logik.
tapi bila baca balik post #1 tu, macam dia kata dia kerja kat negara lain jadi dia tanya negara malaysia punya labour law cemana.  mungkin labour law negara dia kerja sekarang camtu kot?

errr harap-harap jangan la dia konpiuskan dengan probation period pulak.

sorry..lambat lak nak check reply.

co kat mesia la nih...dlm appointment letter memang dia tulis 6 bulan. so skang nih, ramai gak staff yg berenti dia seret pi labour court. ye laaa...kalo 6 bulan notis, kena berenti dulu baru leh carik keje baru kan...sampai kita org dgr ceta, kat mahkamah tuh, hakim siap tanya, org hr kita org takder keje kee...? sampai 20 hari  duduk court..he he he

tu la igt kalau labour law kat mesia ada kate maximum brp bulan utk resign. kalo ada, leh la fight...

pasal notis ni memang ikut pada polisi company le. dan lagipun labour act tu hanya pakai untuk mereka yang bergaji bawah 1.5k

betul la komen diorang ni.  kalau dah ada dalam appointment letter, memang berkuat-kuasa la.  tender je la sekarang, lepas tu mintak early release.  atau pun, bayar le gaji tu...

btw, saya tgh meternity leave.
so , if saya buat gini boleh tak?

if la saya tender resign letter skang for 6 months. saya ada maternity leave 2 months. suppose 2 months tu saya dpt gaji, tapi saya tak amik gaji tuh. kiranya, baki utk resign letter saya tinggal 2 bulan je kan?? sbb 2 bulan still keje but maternity leave. n  2 bulan gaji maternity leave tu cover utk byr lagi 2 bulan...

boleh tak buat gitu?

eh..paham ke tak?

tak paham le.

ko nak tender 6 bulan atau nak bayar? kalau kata nak bayar, normally derang akan mintak 1 lump sum figure. kalo ko tender, 2 bulan maternity ko boleh terima gaji. kendian ko pergi je lah kerja lagi 4 bulan. sah2 ko akan dapat semua gaji.

kalo aku tender 6 bulan, tapi aku byr utk 2 bulan je. sbb maternity leave aku 2 bulan suppose dpt gaji kan..so, gaji tu aku tak amik utk cover byr 2 bulan gaji. so , aku just byr lagi 2 bulan je la..

ringkasan: tender 6 bulan..

2 bulan maternity leave + 2 bulan gaji ( dr maternity leave, tapi aku tak amik)+ 2 bulan aku byr..
