{Merged}Kenapa berminat nak kerja dgn kerajaan

Saya bercita-cita untuk menjadi pegawai tinggi kerajaan kerana kerja kerajaan ni boleh berbakti secara terus kepada negara.
Reka cerita sikit: Family saya memang ade tradisi berkidmat untuk kerajaan. Ade sorang sedara kerja askar. Family saya bangga kalau berkhidmat untuk kerajaan.

kalau aku, aku cakap utk carier development.. kalau aku stay di private, karier aku cuma setakat officer je. kalau dgn governement, aku boleh pegi jauh. boleh naik pangkat. bidang tugas lg mencabar - boleh buat decision.
bagi aku, kalau cakap "terjamin" tu nampak mcm kita ni malas & tak produktif... mintak gomen sb nak benefit jek, bukan sb karier!

for me..it's the other way around...
sebenarnye kalo nk career development, better be in private wing...u'll learn a lot...on ur way climbing up the career ladder....
in gomen, it's more or less like scripted....it's just a matter of time utk naik pangkat....of course all the formalities will take place.... jarang kan kite dgr gov officer yg masuk 41 retire 41 or 44? everyone's moving up...cume kalo yg rajin lebey & de good rapport nagn big ppl cepat sket naiknye.....

aku terlebih dahulu dah fikir apa yg kau cakap tu. kalau bidang lain aku tak tahu la...
tapi kalau bidang aku - environment, selagi aku dlm private company aku memang tak boleh pergi jauh
sbnya, aku bekerja dlm construction field - paling tinggi aku boleh pergi env engineer
skrg aku env officer
unfortunately, department sendiri pon takde
so, takkan sampai ke tua aku nak bergelar env engineer
paling jauh pon boleh pergi - bukak company consultation. malangnya - aku tak berminat dgn consultant.
aku lebih minat pd kerja2 enforcement.. turun site, construction. that's why, aku minat sgt dgn PBT - iaitu government 
kalau PBT, ada department environmental & health. ada peluang naik pangkat jd penolong pengarah ke.. pengarah ke..

dan juga xpayah penat2 keje kuat2

i tell u dugaan keje enforcement ni lagi hebat...trust me....ai de kawan yg keje bahagian enforcement nih...
dugaan ape? corruption! sogok! mule2 mungkin de yg set x nak buat bende2 tuh..but one day u'll find urself diffrent from ur mates.. peer pressure bley buat some1 terjerumus......
hebat dugaan keje enforcement nie....kwn2 yg ai kenal, sume main duit.....masing2 ngaku sbb tkantoi nagn ai..ye lah..ai tahu le gaji dorg byk ne.... tp gaye hidup kemain lagik....audit2...nagku gak makan duit luar...ai tanye nape buat..masing2 bg alasan x mampu nk tolak..sbb sume org kat ditu buat.. walo ai believe mgkn de yg btul2 x buat..tp all i can say is u r so prone to the worngdoing once u deal w ppl, money & rules.....
moga2 hajat u tcapai..& prove me wrong...... |

dulu ai pnah keje company food, dealing w halal matters since i'm malay muslim....
i got to know that de officer jakim berkopiah siap bagai terime duit under table dr one chinese company... the chinese himself revealed kat ai since ai wonder how he got certification so fast without this hanky panky... daaaaaa.....org jakim pun bley tjebak..tjerumus...itu yang tiap2 jumaat pagi ade bacaan tadarus kat opis ramai2 (ai tahu lerr...ni org jakim pjaya gi tau)....
so what do u expect from DOE? i'm not being prejudice...but i'm trying to say that keje2 yg melibatkan enforcment nie sgt2 vulnerable to bende2 camni...

x sume yg keje gomen lepak buat sume tuh....
depends on department laa....for me i'd say yg jabatan mungkin byk masa tluang..tp kalo agensi & badan berkanun dorg keje more or less like private.... |
