keliru dalam pemilihan kerjaya

hai kawan...saya nak minta pandangan kwn2...ttg masalah kerjaya..
br2 ni saya br dpt call untuk kerja yang setara dengan bidang saya di sebuah bank di kl...
masalahnyer saya br sahaja menerima offer di sebuah bank di johor bahru sebagai bank oficerdalam bidang (customer support atau call center) lebih kurang 2 minggu..
perluker saya terus ekrja di johor bahru memandangkan ramai org cakap bidang ni tak menjamin future kareer and ramai budak br yg amsberhenti tak smpi 3 bulan...saya bingugn ni....skang ni saya dlm proses nak buat medical check up.....kepada yang pernah kerja dlm call center...sila berikan pandangan anda.... |

you have to decide for yourself. no one boleh make the decision because it is you and your skills that will perfom the job....if you give your best and excell in what you do...you will get what you deserve....most of the time (if all is fair).
work is work...until you know for sure (by actually working), you tak boleh jangka what lies ahead. From what i know call center keeps you on your toes..yelah people all the time call in to enquire or complaint about something. Tak sure what banking position in KL you are talking about. Weigh all the factors...working in KL vs working in JB..salary, expenses, job scope, working hours, benefits...etc.
if you do your job well, i am sure the management will reward your work accordingly. If they don't, don't fret. There's always other jobs out there..you just have to work extra hard cos nothing comes easy.. |

Pendapat aku, kalau ko kerja sekadar nak cari makan boleh je ko keja kat call centre/customer service tu, Tapi kalau ko nak career development, lagi bijak ko amik offer kerja bank tuh.
