Berniaga apa yang risiko nya tidak terlampau besar for beginners?

Saya bekerja dengan sebuat syarikat swasta tapi kepuasan tu takde. Saya ingat nak cuba berniaga tapi masih blur and takde idea nak berniaga apa. Modal tu kira adalah sikit...

Ada cadangan nak berniaga apa? makanan, accessories, pakaian .....?

erm... byk benda yg blh niaga.. cume terpulang atas kau la... biz ape yg sesuai dgn kau..??

bg aku pakaian & accessories tak terlampau besar risiko sbb brg tak rosak... dan cam pakaian ni memang keperluan org..

you kerja sebab takde kepuasan atau sebab tak puashati dengan bayaran gaji? kalau nak berniaga kena ada minat dan juga pengetahuan. Nanti takut sekerat jalan you masih takde kepuasan?

betul tu..ada sesetengah orang ingat, bosan dengan kerja ,,tak larat nak hadapi,,so ambil jalan senang buat business sendiri..

Mereka  tak sedar, mmg lah berniaga sendiri cepat kaya dan sennag, tapi keperitan dan kesusahan mula mula lebih 3 kali ganda dengan mereka yang makan gaji..

pepatah cina ada mengatakan..once u  bekerja sendiri, umpama u taruk dawai nak jerut tengkuk..so pandai2 hadapi dugaan dan cabaran..

Buat masa sekarang, saya cadangkan anda kerja dulu dengan syarikat sekarang. Sambil2 tu buat research sikit2.

Kalau dapat idea tu, baru la boleh start.

Tapi org cinalah payah nak tgk makan gaji esp kat gomen.  
Yg lelaki daripada jadi dispatch mereka rela jual air batu tepi jalan.

honestly, ive been working with dis company for 2.5 years, which is not dat long lah...i have no problems with my work and my career development is guaranteed too. Its just dat i just really want to run a bisnes. teringin sangat, ni macam cita2 masa budak kecik la. Bukan nya nak buat besar2 or full time tapi just wanna try and see waht happens next. dats y saya tanya berniaga kecik apa yang risiko nya rendah. I wont let go off my current job la coz mmg secure betol cuma saya suka nak cuba berniaga

im thinking off jual baju baby and kids kat flea market mana2....

sape2 ada idea waht products, locations etc?

Be4 u decide..U just look at yrself..which area u interested more..
Since u are looking for low risk business and why not  u terai to cater for High end Clients (saya assume U are an Executive), u nak pakai lawa2, pakai barangan branded and love with luxury life..U start  with services products..such as financial product..Housing, personal corporate loan, U trust, insurans, Club membership sales reprepsentative or luxury car salesman..etc..

Kalau u tak kisah dengan dress code.,,nak simple aje..U boleh jual fast moving products such as food and beverage., and sekali lagi I assume U masih muda dan energetic, u buat something diffennet in d market sekarang..

Contohnya,,my wife kerja kat GLC company..di Golden Traingle  KL, so during lunch hours, mereka berkeliaran mencari food. So for ladies, they are more emphasize on diet utk kuruskan badan..saya suggest kat sorang mamat tu buat delivery buah yang siap dipotong bersama asam sekali..Mula mula dia conquer satu bangunan (siap hantar simple flyer)..sekarang ni dah tak cukup tangan..kena hire assistant..

Modal kecik, low risk, and high income..

well, im not doing dis for the money, im just wanna do the things dat i been dreaming of doing since i was a kid. kirawang, ur idea jual buah is interesting buy i think, i do need manpower to deliver those foods, dnt i? and the operational period is during working hours...susah jugak tuh, but i might try it tho

As for the financial products, mmm, dats not my cup of tea coz i have no talent in convincing or persuading ppl to buy the things dat im selling...heheheheh i have no talent is sweet talk lah, need to enrol in dat kinda course...

wat i have in my mind is a car wash with cendol and chicken wings stalls nx to it...but then again, banyak manpower la plakkena pakai

nx thing is jual baju baby from UK and france and lil accessories coupled with pop up story book for children ke... tapi i wanna do it in small scale lah, kat flea market masa weekend or even pasar malam...

wat do u think kirawang, since u have more experience under ur belt...im still doing my research jugak nih

or maybe we can meet up, dapat pahala turun kan ilmu tau

UK - M'sia exchange rate will kill your business.  What is your knowledge on baby's clothes or baby stuff?  Dah ada anak ke or any anak saudara yang you rapat sesangat?  What makes you think UK baby clothes has a market here with our blistering temps?  UK tu ada winter etc.  You cannot possibly sell these things at pasar malam - wrong target market.

I think you really need to do some serious reading on business and management aspects.  You confess you cannot sell - ie marketing (unit trusts etc.).  In business you must be able to sell and do your own marketing.  Otherwise how are people going to buy from you if you cannot convince them to part with their money.  People buy for many reasons.  

This is all basic stuff in managing a business.  There's lots more.  Enough for now.  I'm busy now.

Berniaga yang risk tak besar..... susah gak ni.... tapi let me try...

jangan get involve in perishable items.... coz ni mmg besar risk dia...tak laku.. kena dispose.... cari benda yang tak mudah rosak dan orang mesti cari..... let say jual buku teks & stationeries.....  memang tak rosak dan sangat diperlukan terutama awal buka sekolah (peak period) dan juga sepanjang masa.....

yang kedua.... buka kedai dobi layan dir... say kat universiti atau kolej yang ramai students... atttach to it...cyber cafe... sambil dia oarang mendobi... sambil surf....

ada lagi...nnt kalau ada masa...saya cuba lagi...

I love to help any malay tio involve in the business...Tapi be honest, i've no time to contribute and sharing secara formal since i'm aggresively concentrate with the my  sunrise industry business..

Haa,,Kicap, saya nak layan karenah consultant2 U trust saya..itu yang busy amat sangat2..
Contohnya makhluk whomyd ni.,,,kadang kadang belom 8-30 pagi dah kacau telepon dah..
Tapi yang penting anak 2 maleyu berjaya..Tak nak jadi manusia buanagn dibumi sendiri..

thanks for your advice anita, i think i need to do more reading and research on setting up a bisnes too...

as for the baju baby (wat i meant was budak from 1 - y yrs old, obviously i wont sell winter clothings or those with thick materials coz i know the weather here is scorching hot. maybe the summer dresses, smocking and wat not. Ive known supplier here in kl n the pricing is quite good. N i just got back from cheshire n i found out dat baju budak kat sana cost arnd PS 2 to PS 5 and tu belum wholesale punya price. The quality is good and design mmg cute.

As for the location, i thot of pasar malam coz i wanna do dis on part time basis. Maybe pasar malam TTDI/ bangsar/ ampang, i think kat sini ada market kot. Maybe flea market dekat the curve and i have yet to identify other options. Ive figured that my target market are young parents in their 20s.

I do acknowledge that marketing skill is very important, but in this case i think its not dat crucial. Its not like im introducing a new product and have to brief ppl abt the benefits and wat not. My basic PR skills will suffice for the time being kot

any other comments? thanks folks for ur comments, really appreicate it. It makes me want to learn more. im so new
