Kawan aku ada dpt panggilan temuduga sbg TRAINEE EXECUTIVE kat Isetan..dia tanya OK ker?....sapa2x ada teman @ kenalan @ kerja kat sana?

aku ada pengalaman la keje temporary kat isetan.tp bkn jawatan eksekutif tu ler.jd sales assistant jerk.apa yg aku tau ms aku keje dulu.tiap2 ari pkl 10 pagi n 10 malam dia akan psng 1 lagu kat 1 bangunan tu n semua staff kena berenti buat keje n berdiri tegak mcm tiang.kira mcm respek sama itu lagu la.itu jerk la yg aku tau.drp segi guna tenaga aku rs sama jerk kat mn2 tempat.selagi blh diperah,perah.hehe..

Aku pernah jadi jd supervisor kat Parkson KLCC, sama je operation dgn Isetan aku rasa. So kongsi sket ape peranan exec ikut apa yg aku tau la.

Okeh kat dalam parkson tuh ada byk department, ada customer service, cash management, Children & Babies, Gents, Ladies, House hold & home furnishing, cosmetic and lastly gift & stationaries. Setiap dept ada sorang Floor Executive, beberapa orang supervisor and staff.

Okeh peranan floor executive pecah pada dua

A) DEPARTMENTAL

1. Man power management- i.e.Buat duty roaster, make sure staff cukup time promotion.

2. Purchasing- i.e. Barang abis, contact supplier atau buyer, buat PO, barang dah sampai check stock, buat tagging, suh staff display kat kaunter.

3. Inventory Mgmt- i.e. make sure barang sume simpan teratur lam stor, check jgn ada shrinkage. Cukup time buat stock take.

4. Sales trackking- i.e.Tengok dalam system camne sale utk bulan tuh, Buat analysis kalau sale bagus, kenapa bagus? kalau teruk, kenapa teruk? Then buat report hantar kat store manager.

5. Housekeeping-i.e. make sure department bersih, barang teratur, ada price tag

6. Coaching- Perati staff buat kerja, kalu ada yg bermasalah, buat coaching. (ni yg aku paling menyampah) Selain drp tu, buat product knowledge. ada barang baru masuk je terus brief sumer dept staff.

B) STORE

1. Opening/closing- gilir-gilir sumer exec, shift pagi bukak pintu kedai, shift petang tutup kedai, shut down system. Sapa yg kena opening tuh kena check satu store, kebersihan, lampu sumer nyala ke tak. escalator on ke belom etc.

2. Assist cashier- Kengkadang kat cashier counter ada problem macam nak buat cancel sale atau return exchange. exec ngan supervisor je yg ada power utk buat menda tuh.

3. Morning Briefing- Sebelum bukak kedai pukul 9.30 pagi ada briefing. sumer kena datang. exec akan brief tentang operation utk hari tu, bgtau apa2 info pasal promotion.


Tu la secara ringkas peranan executive. Sebagai management traininee, aku yakin kawan ko tu akan dapat pos supervisor. Susah ooo floor exec nak buat keje kalau takde experience dlm retail. Peranan supervisor lebey kurang cam exec la, byk assist exec jalankan function dia.
