Tak taulah fifa masuk ke tread yang betul ke salah.....ni fifa nak mintak tolong sikit kat kengkawan ni....fifa tengah buat assingment pasal Akta Perhubungan Perusahaan ni....ada sesiapa boleh bantu tak??? fifa tengah cari kes-kes yang berkaitan.....

this is industrial relaion act kan? so which scope in the act that u need to cover for your assignment? the cases are to support which scope or premises?

anyway, the best way to find related cases is by determining ur scope 1st.... then cari kes2 yg berkaitan dlm online journals such as lexis nexis or clj online (but must have password) yg biasanya university ada. or if u have text books pun bole cari from the citation there..

fifa nak cari contoh-contoh kes yang ada dalam seksyen 13 dan seksyen 5....pasal pengambilan pekerja dan kenaikkan pangkat...dah cuba cari kat internet tapi tak jumpa....boleh tolong fifa tak???

err.. aku search kat CLJ online byk sgt la plak kuar kes nya fifa..

tak tau mana yg relevant for u...
library u ada access to CLJ online tak? if library tu ada account clj (or lexis nexis), u click jer kat that particular section dlm act tu.. pastu click "act noter-up".. nanti akan kuar semua cases yg pernah quote that section.

bagi la lebih specifik lagi tajuk assignmant. sebab kalau type section 13 of IRA 1967 dah ada beratus kes dalam CLJ.law.com

u belajar kat universiti mana nih?
