I got this from thestaronline. Pretty interesting site about prepaid plans in Malaysia. Don't know how accurate the info is but I have this gut feeling that Operator X is Celcom (i.e. X-Pax), Operator H is Maxis (i.e. Hotlink) and Operator D is DiGi.

Maybe Celcom have a good charging plan.. but lack of marketing.. and lack of generousity.. Maxis always give free calls and sms's to their customer..
