Canon Pixma E560R printer takleh detected dlm wifi phone

Salam and hello.
Mcm mana nak buat eh? Bukak manual from ijsetup semua ckp mmg once dah bukak wifi, then canon printer tu will be visible/detected kat wifi settings tu but mine is to no avail. Bukak tutup router, try connect directly pun takde jugak wifi canon tu detected from phone. Anyone please help?? Thank you. |

Dah install apps canon tu awal2 dah.
But still takleh detect wifi kat phone. Dah try phone lain, install apps canon tu, still takleh detect printer tu kat wifi.
Mmg kena bawak gi kedai jugak lah kan? Huhu |
